A really considerate welcome ensuring what turned out to be extremely comfortable accommodation would be more than suitable for us as my wife has a disability; extraordinary care and attention. Great help with local knowledge of sights and restaurants which was greatly appreciated. Invercargill initially gives the appearance of a mostly industrial town, but we felt determined to reach the southernmost point, having started our New Zealand adventure in Auckland, travelling all the way down to Bluff in a hire car. We took a trip in our hire car from Invercargill east along the coast looping down through Waipapa Point, Slope Point and Curio Bay. This was magnificent and new style scenery for our New Zealand adventure with stunning coastline and extraordinary bays. Sadly, no sightings of seals or penguins, but scenery was brilliant. It’s always the little extras that help, influence and show that a Motel is really trying to help its customers. With Moana Court it was supplying extension leads and proper bath mat sized towels which were a brilliant touch. Also, respected our decision to waive daily service but replaced tea/coffee/milk.

Everything. Also super cute how consideration they were for the dogs by leaving a little treat bowl for them. They were also very generous with the milk provided and love that they are eco friendly and their tea / coffee is fair trade. Beds were SOOOOOO comfy and loved also that each child could have a snuggly blanket to go on the bed for the evening.

Very comfortable bed & great shower pressure. Microwave was set to correct time, heater was on when we arrived, very welcoming & helpful hosts. Unit was well away from SH1 just outside, so was very quiet, ample parking. Good sized cups, glasses, plates. Great to have a stool to sit on in the shower.

Because it was an accessible unit very limited storage space in bathroom for all our toiletries (just the vanity top). Had a draining tray but would have been good to have a dish rack as well. Could have done with shower gel dispenser in the shower, & as it was an accessible unit some grab handles in the shower & toilet area.

We were down house hunting which was a bit of a stressful time for us, and extended our stay. The staff were so accommodating and filled our needs, which just took a load off us. The room was just great and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again for cleanliness and friendliness and will be recommending to others.

As a family of four with two teenagers, having the 3 bedrooms was a real luxury and the kids loved it! The apartment was well laid out, large, spacious and contained all the creature comforts you could wish for. Loved the make up remover wipes in the bathroom! Having the free laundry room was an added bonus after travelling around a lot. A special thanks goes out to Paul who went above and beyond the call of duty to return a coat to us within 24 hours!

There was nothing we didn’t like. The place was great!

Very clean, modern, good facilities i. e. Fridge, microwave, small griil/oven, two hot plates, good range of crockery and panss. Modern wet room, serviced daily. No complaints, a very good location for our visit to family who live a few minutes drive away. Tracy and Paul, the owners were really helpful.

All was good. Nothing to dislike for the price paid.

This was a very lovely place to stay, would definately stay again, very comfortable and Clean easy spot to navigate around from. Staff were great and also had free laundry facilities which were great after a day of cycling in the rain.

The walls between rooms were a little thin the loud snorer in the room next door kept us awake on the first night for a long time.

The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The room was very clean! It had everything we needed. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Also the apartment was very spacious we thought. The parking was right in front of the door. The price was very good for what we got.

I have stayed in hotels, motels and hostels all over the world - this was incredibly clean and comfortable. The owners were so welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home, including driving us around and offering the use of a car for grocery shopping! We were also upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment that had become available at the last minute. Thank you, Wally and Maria, for making our stay so great.

We were approximately a half hour walk to the centre of the town. That was fine for us and we enjoyed the exercise but others may prefer to be a little closer. However, we were handy for Dig This! and for Bill Richardson's Transport World.

Location was handy to the sports stadium where my son and his friend was playing their tournament. We all slept well during our stay. Owner was accomodating and kindly upgraded us to a two bedroom unit with 3 beds when I did not specifically request for 3 singles bed for my single bedroom unit booking. The booking.com website was not clear regarding this.
