The rooms were clean and tidy. Bathroom and kitchen were clean too.

The room was really cold at night. The room I stayed in had a very old heater that didn't work. There was not enough blankets for the bed, and because it's the middle of winter, the beds needed to have more blankets, or even spare blankets to put on the top of each bed. In the kitchen there wasn't a dishcloth to wipe the bench with just one teatowel. In the bathroom there was no handtowel to dry hands, just lots of towels. There was no information folder about how to use the remote, spent time having to figure it out.

Location is close to where we needed to travel. An ideal place to relax in your own privacy and cook if you wish. The manager was able to provide bits and pieces that we needed for the room when brought to his attention. Plenty of parking and love waking up and see the mountains through the windows

It was close to where we needed to get during the day. Cosy and welcoming room, the shower had great pressure.

Couldn't find a tv remote, but we entertained ourselves with other stuff, so wasn't a biggie for us

The size of the room, guy at reception was friendly and helpful, perfect location and couldn't ask for more, water pressure was great. We asked for a late check out and received it. Thanks for your hospitality

I liked the space inside, with separate upstairs bedroom. The location was close to where i needed to be.

The oven and two hot plates didn't seem to work.

The room was such a good size, very spacious which is rare for 2 people so loved the fact that my sister and i did not step over each other. The bed was so comfy after a 7hr drive...just what we needed for a great nights rest Plus the service was so quick, easy and stress free. Got there and was handed a key to my room and that was that. Everything done online. It was so helpful considering the long drive i had just done and was running late for the reason i had gone there in the first place, and i was also able to freshen up before going out, so was very handy. Plus the place was so warm and dry which was great because the weather was so cold and wet

If i were to say something then i would suggest an allocated parking space closer to the room. It was raining all night so getting to our car and back to the room was a mission. Especially trying to stay dry and look presentable for my occasion. Also perhaps the shower needs a bit of work, but seriously really satisfied with our room.

Friendly welcome on arrival. Upgraded from a studio to a 1 bedroom unit on arrival. Staff friendly and knocked on our door to see if we needed anything the day after we arrived. Quiet unit with plenty of space.

I needed to ask for a downstairs unit as our unit was upstairs and two storeyed with the bedroom on the upper level of that unit. As I have widespread arthritis it was a little difficult managing the stairs to the bedroom which were quite steep. The stairs up to the unit were wider and shallower so easier to manage. This is NOT a complaint but more to encourage others to ask for a ground floor unit if necessary.

It’s a Devine place to stay my partner and I always come here when we spend time together. He had an amazing birthday.

Unfortunately our bed was uncomfortable as the springs in the bed seem to have given way and we kept sliding in to each other throughout the night. May need to be replaced aside from that everything was great.

Good location. Quiet and clean. Dated, but good value for money.
