Superb location especially if you’re attending anything at the stadium. Great value for money with room size and facilities. Their after hours check in process was well thought out and easy to follow, and they were happy for us to extend check out by an hour at no extra cost. Communication and helpfulness from staff 10/10. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Our room didn’t have a window that could be opened to let fresh air in so got a lil bit stuffy. Would have also liked some coasters/place mats in the room to help us protect the furniture. But minor complaints. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Location was great. Wellington is very walkable and hotel was in a good spot for much of what we wanted to see and do. Our apartment had an odd-shaped living area, which made it a little less usable, e.g. there was only one lounge chair and no sofa, so only 1 of us good relax comfortably at night. But, to balance that, the bedroom was very quiet, and the bed was really comfortable so we slept really well. Kitchen was basic but sufficient.

The location is awesome! Right by the sky stadium entrance and the train station. Transport to and from is a non-issue. The staff are so friendly and fast. The rooms are as you’d expect - amazing 🤩 I love how you give dental and vanity kits. They have saved me often because I ALWAYS forget my toothbrush. The washing machine and dryer in the room helps me to pack light. There’s just nothing to worry about when I stay at Quest.

I can feel where the two beds join together to make a king. Also the car parks at the back is quite small and a little difficult to navigate when full. I much prefer the parks across from Quest.

the bed was two beds together so there was a lump in the center which was uncomfortable if you are like me and sleep in the center of the bed i booked a carpark and on the second night another guest? parked in my park so i parked in number 4 park and notified the after hours manager. nobody got back to me so i stayed there all night and had a note left on my widnscreen by number 4

Location was perfect. Staff were SUPER friendly. Upon arrival I was informed that my reservation had been upgraded, so I found a studio apartment twice as spacious as I expected, with all the amenities. Clean, really well stocked, can even wash and dry your clothes if you need it. They also were all good with me checking out a bit after 10 am. Sadly I just stayed for 1 (one) night but totally recommend it and would choose it again.

Really lovely apartment with comfortable bedrooms and a large living room/kitchenette area. Easy walking distance to Wellington city centre. Ferry terminals and train station also nearby. Included free parking (across the road from the hotel). Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Map of Wellington and other tourist information available in the lobby.

Unfortunately there were some overnight road repairs happening during our stay, but that was only a minor inconvenience

The apartment was spacious very well equipped including washer/Dryer. Location meant easy to walk around city. No restaurants or bar in immediately vicinity but only 5 mins stroll away on waterfront

Long term roadworks outside but didn’t disturb us. Parking is over the road in front of shops safe but not what expected. In apartment bedroom there is little storage which is a challenge if staying more than one night. These are only small niggles!

We were very impressed with this property. Assume that the majority of the guests are staying on business as facilities are designed to provide everything one needs to keep smart and relax. Superb washing machine and dryer in large bathroom. Perfect and well equipped kitchenette, comfortable seating and large TV. Panoramic window makes room look even more spacious. Guy in reception couldn't have been more friendly and helpful even after we lost our key card twice!

Remember to prebook parking as space is limited. Not a lot of eating options in the area but fortunately an excellent Italian restaurant is quite close - three minute walk - just ask location from reception or Google it.

Clean and tidy, surprisingly quiet. Staff helpful and seemingly happy. Liked Nespresso machine. Would have liked option of fresh milk. No real food shop nearby to get some. Pretty good location.

Arrangement of lounge furniture, too near TV screen . I didn’t like perfume of soaps etc. I’m more of a citrus woody girl myself. I find vanilla and coconut cloying.

Oh dear lord, the check in!! I personally don’t do the whole credit card thing, I have plenty on my own debit card however they would not accept this. So with my pram, baby, portacot and 3 bags in tow!!!! I was told I’d actually need to head back out at take out 300$ from an ATM before they’d let me check in!! Absolutely RIDICULOUS (no mention of this when booking either!) truly spoiled my stay, not ideal for a single mama travelling with her baby!
