Location was perfect for getting into the city. Close to shops for snacks on rainy days in front of the TV. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and out were easy. First place to look at when we come back!

The staff were friendly, helpful and informative, fresh towels were provided everyday and housekeeping was diligent in their care. A great location close to the supermarket and public transport, but also a short walk to the CBD. I cannot wait to stay at Atura again in the future, the quality, service and amenities catered to my needs as a solo traveller, hopefully next time I can try out the in-house restaurant and bar. I definitely want to try a larger room haha

A couple of minor issues, there were a couple of markings/stains on some of the walls and on the front door from the inside; there appeared to be small damage to the inside of the shower along one of the walls, and there was a random stain on one of the sheets. Also a side note the Wi-Fi would randomly cut out while I was on my bed. Just to emphasize these were things that I wanted to point out, but they did not take away from the enjoyable experience I had at Atura.

Handy to the Wellington Railway Station, within walking distance for fit travellers towing luggage. The staff were friendly and smiled in welcome. Check in was easy. The staff member in the restaurant for Saturday night dinner was great, joked with us and made us feel welcome. Our meal arrived quickly and it was delicious. The offroad parking area was helpful for our friend to collect us as we left.

There were only 2 towels in the bathroom even though the room was booked for 3. There was a crack in the bathroom sink that looked unsightly and could harbour germs. The shower head is not on a slide for adjusting to a person's height. The bed was comfy enough but too much of the sheet had been tucked in at the pillow end and not enough to go over the mattress at the feet end; it caused discomfort by pulling up and pooling around the feet. I will bring an extension cord next time so that the power points behind the single beds can be used more easily. 4 milk pods for 3 people for a 2 night stay is not enough. Just a note for your information - the taxi driver we approached at the Railway Station did not know where the hotel was so we got out and walked.

Amazing staff. Very patient. I had a few requests as I was travelling with elderly family and everything I asked (to ensure easy access was organised). Contact prior to stay was slightly delayed but once engaged Trixie was fabulous.

There were major roadworks right outside entrance so getting to the hotel was difficult and staff couldn’t help us guide our other group members to the hotel (there were lots of changes) it took my driver an hour to get to me when I departed. Lucky I wasn’t catching a flight.

Room was as described. Staff were very quick to help & answer some questions. Hotel is located about a 2 minute walk to New World. Bed was very spacious & comfortable. There didn't seem to be any air conditioning in the room. Room key will only let you go to your own floor in the elevator, reception, car park & laundry room. Was very windy when I stayed and couldn't keep the windows open because of the noise the draft was making.

I was woken up every morning by Housekeeping knocking on my door.

Everything at Atura was a great experience, we all enjoyed all the experience there, 100% recommended. And a minor detail that for me is what makes the HUGE difference, are things like... We ordered 3 burgers for dinner as we are a family of four, but our kids are 10 and 3, so the guys offered a burger to be shared, and they served in halves BUT added extra french fries on it so both girls can enjoy that, those are the little things that make your experience HUGE. We are very grateful with the experience at Atura, will definitely return ; )

Honestly we couldn't find anything to complain about Atura service, and we used, room, breakfast, dinner, wifi, and specially we were allowed to do the checking earlier which was a huge help as we just went straight from the airport to the hotel... keep up the great work

We were out of the hustle and bussel of the city with easy access to and from the motorway. Easy walking distance to the city shops and food outlets.

The room was a little small for us needing to spent time there. The bathroom had no steam vent/Heat lamp in it. The shower we found small to move in with the shower nossel a little high and not adjustable. A suggestion to put towel rail up a little higher (and to have a bench stool to put clothing on while using the shower would be helpful), as I find with many of the bathrooms we have where we have strayed. Found Duvet had stains of old blood on it, on day of leaving.

Rooms were spacious and easy to find. Staff were amazing to deal with and very knowledgeable. Hotel lobby was clean and fresh and well presented. Food was good.

Wasn't told about the road works at the bottom of the street, it made getting there from main road a little tricky, and somewhat noisy at times. Windows need better sealants as the wind whips through the windows and under the doors.

The room was quite modern and spacious; and the king size bed was comfortable. The TV was very good with many FTA channels. The room had a coffee maker and 4 pods. The breakfast buffet was really good with almost everything you could want. Lots of tasty hot and cold options. The location was a short walk to major shopping strip, pubs and the wharf area. About 20 mins walk to the Wellington Museum (which was very good). The view from the 4th floor room was pretty good. We really appreciated the late check-out that was granted. The manager (Natasha) was helpful.

The bathroom was poorly renovated compared to the rest of the room. It had a small shower, a ridiculously low towel rail and the toilet roll holder was in a bad location (and was about to fall off the wall).

Immensely pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the view was beautiful from our rooms. The staff were extremely helpful. I did have a few requests considering my travel situation and they were able to help with each of them. The location was perfect and we had a variety of amenities available. They were extremely accommodating and hospitable and gave us all a drink on the house. Highly recommended for tourists and business travel!
