I didn’t stay here myself (my son and his family did) but I saw the apartment. Great location, easy walk to town, lake views, full facilities with bath, shower laundry and fully equipped kitchen. Warm. Free parking on site for every apartment (although don’s rental vehicle was too tall but they were able to park at next door motel.) Rooms a good size.

Apartment not secure for young children (no key lock or latch on inside of entrance door to stop them getting out.) Storage cupboard in one of the bedrooms was labelled “keep out” but left unlocked - again not helpful with young children in the room.

The unit was lovely and warm. There was a great view from the living area and the facilities were good in terms of a full kitchen, laundry facilities and comfortable beds. The location was outstanding and the rooms were serviced each day (though didn't need to be so they could have saved on some towel swapping)

The couch was particularly uncomfortable in our unit but another unit had a comfortable couch so it must depend upon the owners of the units, and the showerhead needs fixing. We were unlucky and couldn't get our car into the carpark due to a roof box, although we could park it off the street at the reception a few doors down.

Apt 10 needed a good vacuum particularly under the beds. Apt 15 washing machine broke and destroyed shoes. No condiments in the room (e.g. salt pepper). The reception staff was not exactly helpful but the maintenance man who helped us was great. the car park is too tight for a large car/van especially if parking on first level. FYI there are no lifts for apts 1-10. instructions are needed for the oven (had to google that you needed to set clock before it would work). there are no welcome to the apartment guest info books. little details lacking.

We have been to Queenstown many times and stayed at different hotels/apartments and accommodations. But truly none was like Lake front. The staff and the views were spectacular. Anju was the manager there and he helped us quite a lot. Our flight was cancelled and we had to stay for another extra night and he made all the arrangements for us last minute and their staff was very helpful, understanding and cooperative. Deepak was very kind and helped us with everything. Overall I would love to come back and stay in the same place for the kind the service I received. Definitely recommend lake front apartments. Thanks for making our stay pleasant.

The place was clean, we had clean towels sent to room daily, bathroom was recently updated which was nice.

I was expecting the unit with full lake view, system did ask if I wanted to pay more for loft unit, I didn't do it though, when I checked in, it was a loft unit on the second row, only living room had lake view behind other units' roof, bedrooms were on a lower floor without view. Sofa needs to be replaced, I nearly reached the bottom of frame. Stairs made loud noise at night, so did the bathroom door. Reception was hard to find, and when I checked out at 9:10am, no one was there, no box for key return, had to make phone call before rushing for the airport bus.

The size of the apartment was great, in a great location, beautiful view of the lake and with all the basics you need - fresh towels daily, pots, pan, kettle, toaster, full size fridge, dishwasher, washing machine etc. All you need is food and clothes and you’re good to go!

The dryer wasn’t working but the lovely staff would collect our washed clothes daily and drop them off dried and folded. It wasn’t a problem just an inconvenience to the staff but they didn’t complain.

The view of Lake Wakatipu was terrific. The Lakefront Apartments were within easy walking distance of the center of Queenstown and the cruise docks. There was also a washer and dryer in the unit.

The physical layout of the parking was overly cramped with very steep drive aisles due mainly to the hillside location. It was difficult to maneuver our rental SUV into our assigned parking stall. However, I am not sure what the remedy would be. Perhaps some warning signs. A sign, explaining the location of the office would have been helpful since it was in a different building. We had to ask someone for its location.

The location was incredible. The view was amazing. Right across the road is the lake, perfect for the kids. Just like the photos advertised. It is great for families as the bedrooms are downstairs, so we did not wake the kids from the lounge and kitchen upstairs.

It says there is housekeeping services however the beds were never made. The fresh towels were left in the lounge for us to put away. They did the dishes however did not vacuum or clean the bathroom.

Stayed in a 3x bedroom apartment/lakefront lodge, awesome view of the mountains. Everything you need, washing machine and dryer, bath, and 2x showers / toilets. Very warm and comfortable. Daily housekeeping by kind and friendly staff. Great location.

They have several types of accommodation from backpackers, hotel rooms, and apartments. Be clear when you book which room you would like. They were very responsive by email.

Great location with superb views of the bay and mountains from the lounge. Good size bedrooms and and great to have washing and drying facilities. Having a free off road parking space was a bonus.

Property was a little tired. There was a old burn mark on the lounge carpet and evidence of temporary repairs to damage to walls in a couple of places. The fridge had door shelves missing and a cracked salad tray. As we were out on trips and ate out alot it didn't affect us but may have more impact on anyone looking to spend more time in the apartment.
