Easy to check-in outside standard hours. Very communicative and flexible about when housekeeping would come through the room. Very accommodating giving us a later check-out time for no additional cost. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained.

The property is located about a 15min walk out of town up a hill, and not all shuttle buses could pick up and drop off at the property, which was tricky at the end of long and tiring skiing days. My travelling companion was unable to get their phone to connect to the wifi.

View, quiet, location-close to town area but quiet, walkable distance to town area. The fact that they are not serviced daily, to some this is not ideal but for us, I think that means we don't need to wake up early to avoid the cleaners... we just keep the apartment clean ourselves, made up our own bed, clean the dishes - there's dish washer in room! so no problem at all. Would be good if there is Dyson vacuum cleaner in the room.

The fridge makes some strange beep soon as we open the door. The main sliding door was broken not lockable but not a huge issue assuming no one climb up to the upper floor.

I booked a studio but was upgraded to a one bed apartment with an INCREDIBLE view! The apartment had a lovely loving room with a gas fire, fully equipped kitchen with everything I needed, generous bedroom and an en suite bathroom. The highlight was the floor to ceiling windows with the fabulous view over the lake and mountains, waking up to that every morning was amazing. Tha apartment is a short 10 minute stroll into town so it is very well located. The staff were really lovely, the apartment immaculate and there is also a gym and hot tub for residents to use. I couldn't recommend this place more highly and will be back for sure if I ever get the chance to visit beautiful Queenstown again. Thanks so much for a great stay and for the upgrade, it made my trip ❤️

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The view is exceptional Bathroom is big and spacious Apartment is well secured so I felt safe Heating is very effective.

The room was not serviced during my 5 night stay which was very very disappointing. I paid over $400 per night and to not have the room serviced is a rip off. If servicing the room was not possible then the rate should have been reduced. I would have been satisfied if the room was serviced on alternate days. The other disappointing fact is that I was informed that the room will not be serviced 3 days before my arrival. When I called reception, I was told I have the option of cancelling. However this option was not suitable as I did not have the time to search for alternate accommodation. Spoke to other tourists and they paid less for their rooms and it was serviced everyday Coffee pods only supplied once, thereafter you had to pay if you wanted them.

Nice to have kitchen facilities, and a fairly big bathroom. Great that there’s a washer and dryer available for guests to use at a fee, and the gym and spa facilities were great! The staff members were all lovely and very helpful. There was also car parking available which was very useful.

Housekeeping only once during the 10 day stay was a bit challenging, as we only had our bathroom sink to do dishes in, and the bathroom seemed to get quite dusty during the days without housekeeping.

Fabulous view of the Lake and the boats going in and out of the harbour. It was only a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town. The apartment was spacious and the Super Kingsize bed was super comfortable. Parking for the apartment was on site and safe. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom was spacious with separate shower cubicle and large bath.

The wifi went off at the same time each day and we had to keep logging in, which made it difficult to stream. Netflix was available, but a Guest log in was not available, we were expected to use our own email which we were unhappy to do. There was a strong smell of gas from the gas fire, it might need servicing, this was reported to reception office. Would have preferred to have been on the second floor, which is level with the car park. There was no lift down to the 1st floor apartments and we were carrying a lot of luggage.

The view from was breathtaking . The kitchen facility were very good and clean.

No lift no Airconditioner, the step walking down with heavy luggage wasn’t nice, actually the steps was super dirty. With the price I expected it has an Airconditioner but there was a tiny fan on the wall which makes noise but nothing else. If I knew there was no Airconditioner I definitely wouldn’t book it as it can get very hot. everywhere else I stayed in queenstown in the past all have Airconditioner, so I even didn’t check it when I made booking

The view is just amazing. The room is also very comfortable and sitting by the fire was the best way to end each day we got to spend in Queenstown. The place is walk distance to the city.

I found it very disappointing that coffee was extra charge, even much cheaper/simpler stays offer coffee and milk as courtesy - which is the very minimum, especially because this place doesn´t offer breakfast or room service. Asking guests to take the rubbish out to the rubbish bin is also very strange for something so costly.

The apartment was quite spacious and cozy. Good facilities and the view was amazing! The fireplace was a nice touch and kitchen facilities were great. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a couple of days with an hour or two in the morning with no hot water and we had to ask reception what has happened and they were quite apologetic. We also had a couple of days where there was a very strong generator smell coming through the room which we could not pick what it was.

the view from the room was amazing and the staff and reception were really helpful and accommodating. Thier service was beyond my expectations. The room was comfy and neat and close to everything.

the only reason i didn't give Highview an excellent rating was that the Internet/wifi didn't work on some occasions and a coupled of the electrical appliances were not working as expected. but the Highview team provided DVDs for my kids which kept them entertained at night.
