Thank you very much, the hospitality was great. The location is excellent, the room is lovely, clean, with a pleasant smell, well equipped and tidy including the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen utensils, towels and linens are clean. The laundry is clean, cozy and pampering. We really enjoyed the place, the service at the reception and the room service. Two things that are important to improve. Thank you very much for the hospitality. We highly recommend staying there.

: There was no Wi-Fi in our room at all, and the stove in the kitchen is very weak. You can only use one plate and it is not strong to cook

Great value, good facilities, good location and friendly staff

The booking.com website and confirmation appeared to make no mention of the need to provide credit card details on check in (even though I had paid in advance), nor did it mention the signs stating that fines of $100 and charges of $200 for breaches of rubbish and dishes cleaning protocols. I consider that this information should have been disclosed on the policies and important information section of the booking.com website at the time of booking. I raised this issue through bookjng.com email to the accommodation provider after I checked in.

Just about everything about this truly mountain lodge/caravan park is great. Beautiful, well-maintained grounds with lake views, spacious cabins and a wonderful location. Very comfortable bed in the cabin, well ventilated and a great functional heater. There common area is very clean too, albeit basic.

The lack of wifi throughout the property is definitely a negative factor these days. They offer wifi but only limited to the kitchen/common area, which is really not up to modern standards at all. They offer wifi total lack of basic kitchen utensils also leaves a negative impression. Some spoons and knives wouldn’t be a huge cost.

The facilities were very good. The staff were exceptional! Very friendly, very efficient and so helpful! Everything was very clean. I would definitely stay again without hesitation. The location was excellent! We booked the bus & boat tour through them to go to the Milford sound. This was so easy booking the trip through the office staff very easy, and very good trip, I would highly recommend it!

This is not really a dislike.......We had a cabin which was good. We bought in the outside chair to use as a table and bed side table for night to put water on etc. This outside seat was used for alot of things actually. My Mum preferred sitting on the outside chair, inside, instead of sitting on the bed (Being an older person). There is nothing we did not like.

We stayed in the standard cabin and it had everything we needed and was good value. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were very good and the whole area was well maintained

The staff could have been a bit friendlier and more proactive. When we checked in we weren’t told we’d need to get kitchen utensils separately as nothing is supplied in the kitchen itself. This is ok but just would have been useful to be told at check in so we could have got the kitchen basket at that point rather than walking back down to reception afterwards once having found no utensils in the kitchens.

The private room was spacious enough to sleep and relax. It was a quiet didn't hear much about people's footsteps outside room. The location was great like 15 min walk from the city center and less than 5 min driving. The kitchen on the motels area was well equipped; you can find all kinds of pans and pots.

The kitchen on the holiday park was not so well equipped and was a bit small. The shower room was ok and spacious but only 4 stalls, however there was minimal waiting. The stove was a bit tricky to use, some of the burner does not work.

Good value for money. Cosy, well-equipped rooms. Big shared bathrooms. The place may be cheap but it was cute, the staff were nice and the bathrooms were heated which was a very nice surprise and they were clean. The room we got was quite decently sized and the kitchen worked very well for what we needed.

The showers were awkward to use. The pressure was high and when I tried to turn it down, it got cold for some reason. The partition wasn't wide enough to protect my clothes so they got wet because the water was spraying off my body from the intense pressure. There also was a struggle to find plug points in the cabin.

Loved how close to the lake it was - it was so beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The toilet blocks were clean but when needing the loo in the middle of the night, we all wished we had paid for an en-suite 😁 We liked that reception had useful supplies to purchase. For us it was to buy pegs so we could hang out our washing on the clothesline after using the laundry facilities.

When you have a lot of luggage like we did, our unit felt small. Although the bed sheets were clean, the blankets on top of them had a few marks/stains on them.

Stayed here twice for a few nights each. The first time my room was in building B and the second time in C. C was much better as the hallway floors didn't creak as much as B, the bathroom is for both male/female rather than just female in B (I am a male), and room nicer with drapes rather than blinds.

While the room was very clean the kitchen would get messy not due to the staff but the guests. Unwashed dishes or just not dried and put away. Sad as the staff did an excellent job cleaning it each day but users didn't.

The bedrooms and bathroom were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and there was adequate heating in the whole apartment. The Bathroom was nice and spacious with a little walking cupboard before you enter. There was a little fridge, milk cups and tea/coffee. The view so close to the Lake was GREAT.

It would have been nice to spread the visitors out around the park, and not just put all of us in one block. One of the visitors had to leave early around 5am, and we could hear them shower and talk. The park was not fully booked. I think they did that to make it easy for the cleaning up, but it would have been nice, just to sleep a bit longer.
