Fantastic location, clean space, LOVED our big window and outdoor space, everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was fantastic!
Had some quirks, a blown light bulb, pantry door hard to open, a bedroom door that wouldn’t shut and a lock to the outside that kept losing its bolt. Could have done with more than 1 towel each for a 5 night stay. The heaters also looked incredibly dodgy (really battered/base touching floor/not test and tagged) - we chose not to use these. Could also use some more cooking utensils (fish slice/tongs). We also had to wash dishes before using them as they had not been cleaned properly previously.

Great location and comfortable apartment. Well appointed with everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Centrally located and great amenities within the apartment. Close to good food places and comfortable beds and pillows.
The location was a little noisy well into the night-our apartment was right across from the student halls, so there was lots of noise comig from there, but it didn't make it unbearable-the apartment seemed to block some of the noise. There was a water leak in our apartment, but the staff and management of it were incredible. They dealt with it within minutes, were amazing with communication and had us relocated to other accomodation quickly.

location was excellent (apart from Saturday night noise), Having a full kitchen was great, The verandah was a lovely surprise. Lovely sunny lounge, Good curtains great to have heaters and fans provided. Great also to have face cloths provided, alongside towel and a hand towel for each person Comfortable beds with good bedding and pillows
The noise on Saturday night (From students across the road?)/ Sunday morning meant we didn't sleep much - the other nights were fine. 4 place settings meant we had to run the dishwasher frequently- having 8 place settings would be much more sensible. A separate fan and light in the bathroom would be good The lighting was shocking (very dim and in the wrong place) - need a couple of standard lamps in the lounge area and a couple more bedside lamps. Need somewhere to put rubbish after a couple of days - we ended up putting the rubbish bin out on the verandah. The microwave needs raising as it kept catching on the fridge when opening the door.

The facilities were perfect for our stay. We had apartment number 12 which was tucked away in the back with an outdoor area against some greenery. It was a great retreat from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were a lot bigger than expected with good lighting, newish carpet and warm bedding (we stayed during colder weather). The amenities were more than enough and the kitchen was spaciously accommodating to our cooking needs. We thought it would be noisy but didn’t notice it as we stayed over a long weekend. We stayed as a group of friends catching up and celebrating a birthday.
The main area on the ground floor (kitchen, living area, dinning area and bathroom) was inadequately heated by a small element heater and would’ve benefited more from a well placed heat pump. It was a shame as the bedrooms had better heating. Although most of the apartment was clean, there were huge overhanging cob webs in the sun roof area, noticeably large amounts of dead insects in the lights and hairs found on the floors throughout.

Extremely clean and roomy. Lovely and light, plenty of ventilation. Nice balcony to sit on. Ideally situated for waterfront, shops, restaurants, tepapa museum and cable car. Washing machine and tumble dryer as well as usual kitchen facilities. Amazing place.
Nobody's fault and there's nothing anyone can do about it; but it's noisy with passers by shrieking and screaming til early hours of the morning. Fortunately, I'm hard of hearing and slept through it upstairs, but my mate had disturbed sleep downstairs. Did offer to change bedrooms. So anyone who doesn't like noise probably wouldn't benefit here, but I would stay again.....they're great appartments!!!

Apartment was very spacious with bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, living downstairs. Laundry liquid supplied although nowhere to hang clothes so had to use dryer. Great balcony area to people watch from. Handy access to bars and eateries along the same street. Supermarket a few minutes walk down the street. Apartment administered by Astelia Hotel a few doors up so when lock box code didn't work they sent someone down to assist. Parking over the road in Wilson Carpark for $28/24hrs with a pass from Astelia Hotel (much cheaper than anywhere else in city for parking). Convenient access to Te Papa Museum, waterfront and lots activities.
Stairs. Lots of stairs in the apartment. Didn't bother us so much but if we had more luggage or less agile its worthwhile mentioning. Given incorrect lock box code on entry however had quick response upon phoning number on box.

Spacious apartment in central location. Comfy bed, good strong shower. Good to have washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Good location for bars and restaurants. Handy to have the New World Metro down the street too.
Checking in was harder than it should be. The accommodation sent me 2 different emails with 2 different codes for the key box, which was obviously confusing. The 2 different emails also cited 2 different lengths of stay. Minor things - no ice in freezer, no hangers in (huge) wardrobe, and the dishwasher leaked a little.

The property was great! The staff were so helpful including the astelia and boulcott staff looking after our bags before and after check in. Friendly helpful and polite! The cleaning crew were so helpful coming to unlock the door when we accidentally left items in the fridge as we checked out and the door closed behind us haha oops!!
The shower drain cover was quite loose and slippery, and the clothes airer needs replacing as the rungs are missing so it wouldn’t prop up properly. Couldn’t fault the apartment though, had everything we needed (except maybe a dustpan or a broom) and in a great location. The neighbouring party had several kids that ran laps back and forth past the window noisily and were trying to look in. Some highlighting on the non disturbance rules might be good for those groups with kiddos.

We loved the location - it was very walkable and close to the busyness of the city. We were visiting for WOW and it was ~10 minutes walk to the venue and mostly flat - soo easy. A quick walk to Cuba Street and some great brunch cafes (such as Neo literally just down the street). The apartment was a perfect location, spacious, warm shower, good sized kitchenette, clean, easy check-in process, helpful customer service, and parking was convenient too. Would stay here again as it's good value for money. We also found the place surprisingly warm - didn't need to use the heaters even on a cool September weekend.
The apartment was old and dated, the beds weren't suuuper comfy (they were ok for the young ones in the group but not as much for the older ones!) and it was quite noisy with the hustle & bustle of Willis Street - definitely bring earplugs with you! Access to the apartment itself & the bedrooms is up flights of stairs with no elevator option so keep that in mind if mobility is an issue or you have a particularly heavy suitcase.

Clean, tidy, well set up, the use of a washing machine & dryer was a bonus - which if we had realised we would have taken less clothes! Definitely will stay again.
Nothing to do with the complex - but the noise from the street on Sat night (after an All Blacks game) went on for hours and we didn't sleep very well (we had the front apartment). So next time if I'm getting a 2 bedroom apartment I would request one not on the main street.
