The location of the hotel is perfect, close to city center but not that close to be noisy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly even if we didn't like a small detail - we asked for a taxi for a certain hour, it was a small misunderstanding and when we mentioned we need it 10 minutes earlier the receptionist wouldn't do anything about it even if we were risking to miss our train.

From Cusco there are a lot of trips that start at different hours, mostly they start very early in the morning or even during the night. When neighbours were waking up so early it was very easy for you to get up also because the noises can be easly heard - but I don't consider this as a minus for the hotel, the other guests were the ones inconsiderate of other people's rest.

From the moment I set foot into Hotel Hacienda Cusco Centro Historico, it felt as though I was being transported to a blend of Cusco's rich historical past and modern luxury. The architecture, reminiscent of the city's storied history, creates an ambiance that is both authentic and enchanting. Walking through its corridors, the atmosphere exudes a warmth that complements the cool Cusco breeze outside. I found myself lost in the intricate designs and decor that spoke volumes of the cultural heritage Cusco is so famous for. Yet, what truly made my stay memorable was the staff. Always sporting genuine smiles, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their knowledge of the local area was invaluable, offering insights and recommendations that only those truly ingrained in the city's fabric could provide. Every query, no matter how small, was met with a prompt and helpful response. It’s rare to find a place where the service is as exceptional as the surroundings, but Hotel Hacienda nails this blend perfectly. Moreover, the hotel's location is a dream for travellers. Perfectly situated for those keen on immersing themselves in the city, I often found myself taking leisurely strolls, getting lost in the vibrant streets of Cusco. Historic sites, bustling markets, and local eateries are all within walking distance, making it convenient for both first-time visitors and seasoned travellers. In summary, Hotel Hacienda Cusco Centro Historico is not just a place to rest your head; it's an experience that marries the city's charm with modern comforts. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Cusco from a central yet serene base.

The location of the hotel was superb, in the centrum. We only stayed one night and had to return to the airport the next day. The hotel communicated with us by messages when we booked. The staff warmly welcomed us and offered us coca tea to alleviate the effects of the altitude. Our room was nicely appointed, a large king bed, safety box and beautiful shower room. There was a restaurant in the hotel in the inside court (similar to Spanish hotels) where we had dinner. We also ate a nice breakfast the next day. When our room window got flooded by a sudden rainstorm , the staff came to mop the water, so we could get to bed. There is enough staff to help, which is needed as the hotel is located on a busy street and a taxi has little time to offload/load. We found our room to be at a very good price for the amenities. A taxi cost us 10 Usd. to the airport.

Our room was the last one to the corridor leading out a back lane at street level. We got woken up by the activities in the back lane very early in the morning. For the obvious reason, I would probably avoid room 104 but we had a great stay albeit short.

The hotel is beautifully built with arches, lights, and water fountain. The room was spacious for 3 of us and it was clean. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant within the hotel and the food was good. Morning breakfast was decent, cooked breakfast is usually scrambled eggs, potatoes, pancakes, or similar. The team at the reception was helpful. The hotel is about a 10 to 15-minute walk from Cusco Centre / Plaza. We walked to most places and the path wasn't too steep. Many shops, laundry, and a saloon next to the hotel.

I had difficulty sleeping at night because of a lack of airflow. The room has one heater (which I switched off) and opening windows didn't help either. I checked with the reception if they had a pedestal fan or something similar but no luck.

the style of the hotel is really cool. The front desk staff was nice / helpful, Breakfast included was great. The restaurant was good. The hotel was very clean. And although it's a few minutes walk to the center of town, that was good because there ws no outside noise. The hotel was very quiet.

the only thing we didn't like about the hotel was the bed was too small. It was a full size bed, instead of a queen or king size bed.

I liked how modern the rooms and bathroom were. There was a full body jet shower and their complimentary amenities smelled so good. Staff were really lovely too. Complimentary cocoa tea. The property was as pictured. Very pretty and breakfast was reasonable. Eggs, yoghurt, fruit, bread and coffee. They filled my bottle up too for water.

The rooms aren’t sound proof and I was woken up several times due to neighbors next door or above being noisy. I could also hear the train at times. It’s a 12 minute walk to the Centre go Cusco but coming back is mostly uphill. So when adjusting to the altitude this can be really challenging.

The hotel itself is modern and looks great. The inner restaurant area is nice. The food in restaurant is super delicious, so far the best we tried in Peru. Alpaca is awesome! Room was clean and warm.

We got the room on the first floor. It has NO window(fake one which is not opening),there is no air circulation, I really don’t understand what was an idea of doing such rooms. Additionally, there is no sound isolation so it is very noisy from the outside. I reduce few points because we had a weird situation with the receptionist calling us almost at 10pm asking to get to her so that she can return us 10$. Considering that we had an early 3am transfer next morning ordered by the hotel (so stuff was aware of it), it was very unpleasant to be woke up by the call.

- Charming historic hotel up on the hill of Cusco - Great variety for breakfast - Receptionists were nice to recommend restaurants in downtown area - 3-bed bedroom was clean, comfortable bed & spacious bathroom. - Luggage storage was secured & safe

- The walls were paper thin. We were woken up in the middle of the night a couple of times. - Overpriced water bottles & if you want to sit down and eat on their restaurant's table (because there's no table in the room to sit on), you have to pay extra... - The hotel is 10-15 mins walk (uphill) from historic downtown area on a very quiet street.

Everything was great, from the welcoming to the end. Staff was super nice and helpful. We particularly loved our massive and comfortable bed and the power shower which was amazing. Breakfast was very good. We had dinner once in the hotel and it was super good too. We also used the laundry service which was super fast. We loved this hotel, one of the best we stayed in Peru so far. Highly recommend it

We love everything. The only thing was the window without any views

I liked the size of the bathroom. Compared to the tiny bathrooms you get in family hotels, this one is the most modern and spacious.

The bathtub is somewhat difficult to get into and can be very slippery. Additionally, the hotel is located at a relatively high elevation, and it takes 15 minutes to walk to the main square, which is challenging in a hilly and high-altitude city.
