This property was in an excellent location to discover Cusco by foot. It is very near to San Pedro markets and is a short walk to the main squares. There are great restaurants in walking distance, bakery, groceries and laundry service.

Unfortunately the design of the property makes it very noisy. You can hear everyone moving around, talking. It does not help with sleeeping as people are starting tours from as early as 3am.

The hotel is an amazing choice. Photos meet reality, staff is super friendly and always helpful. It's has perfect location. There is hot shower, too, and everything is super clean :). I would stay again.

Excellent service, excellent breakfast, good location... they kept our luggage before and after check-in/out in a safe place. Although it's a little father from the central Plaza de Armas, we were able to walk there easily, but there are also plenty of taxis and ubers if someone didn't want to walk.

The windows and doors let in quite a lot of light while the lights are still on in the evening, which can make it difficult to sleep. One could easily remedy this with a sleep mask.

Nice hotel next to the San Pedro market and very close to Plaza de Armas. We were able to walk everywhere comfortably. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and all staff very nice and helpful.

Only disadvantage: Only windows to the (very pretty) inner courtyard, so sometimes our room was stuffy. Also, the doors open and close very load, so be aware that you might wake up when other guests leave the hotel very early for their trips, if you are sensitive to noise.

So very, very much liked the ability to contact Georges, owner. He was quick to respond, he is soooo easy to communicate with. The very Bonita Chica in the photo is Paula. She controls the front desk, and anything you may not be able to communicate in English, she is a master at Google Translate….thank you Paula, for all your assistance! Next,…I have a deep affection for landlords that maintain/keep impeccable cupboards…check out attached photos, they are a work of art. Each utensil perfectly places, and the palate of colors is joyful. The Apt is one of the best I have stayed in…towels that are stocked in 5 Star hotels, full utensils, juice squeezer, blender, kettle, dish soap, plastic wrap, paper towels, I could go on. Apt has a small terrace that looks out to a mountain. Very peaceful AND quiet.

It was extremely comfortable and the staff were super kind and helpful, one day i had to leave at 4:00 and they made me a breakfast to go. overall it was an incredible hotel :) looking forward to came back someday!

The location was very good, very near the main areas but not too close. The staff were EXCELLENT and were always smiling and helpful. I arrived at the hotel at 8 am after travelling for over 24 hrs and they allowed me an early check-in at no extra cost. The room was clean and I felt safe. The shower was hot and someone bothered to ask if all was ok and if I needed clean towels everyday!

The room however was cold with the heating only turned on for a few hours late in the evening ( definitely less than the advertised 8pm-6am when asked at reception ). The other thing is that the room was facing the main road and was really very noisy. I was so exhausted during the first couple of days that hardly noticed the noise, but this was more apparent the days after. The breakfast I must say was quite basic ( bread, butter, jam and eggs ). The coffee however was delicious.

Close to the historical district. Lots to do and see within walking distance. Room was very nice and staff were great.

Didn't get to enjoy very long. Wife became ill with altitude sickness and ended up at hospital. Take altitude sickness prevention seriously.

Convenience and service. We had to weave in and out for different excursions and the staff were more than accommodating. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. They packed us breakfast when we had to leave at 3 am and 4 am and kept our luggage safe for us. Hospitality was top notched.

It’s great.

The room was clean, great water pressure and hot water all the time. Breakfast was provided and good. Staff was helpful even with figuring out our terrible Spanish. And the location was close to everything.... blocks from San pedro Market and just a little further from the main square. No uphill! Lol Can't beat the price.
