Breakfast was delicious! Simple fresh ingredients, healthy options, open from 5 PM to 10 PM, so if you were hiking every day like me, you might miss out on most days. The room and bathroom were incredibly clean, cleaned daily, there is a very cheap express service laundry service right around the block that will have your clothes ready in a couple of hours. Right by the main square, with plenty of delicious meal options all around!

I think the breakfast should start earlier so people that plan their hike excursions have the opportunity to eat a breakfast there if they would like. Although for many of the hikes, breakfast does come included! However, I would like to have a warm cup of coffee to start my day.

The whole ambiance of the hotel was excellent. Arrived early and hotel made every effort make room available. Staff were so helpful and credit to the establishment. Before arriving i had many questions, and they always responded quickly. i stayed at 3 hotels in Cusco after doing some tours, and this was by far the best. Great location , comfy clean rooms, great breakfast and good value.

The staff were exceptional, they remembered us from a previous stay and had already taken our bags to our room when we arrived. They messaged ahead of time to ask if we needed a taxi which they would arrange. They also spoke to one of the hotels we were staying at later on our trip to change the booking for us. They also gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The beds are huge, and the rooms in a lovely courtyard. We can't recommend them highly enough!!

Staff spoke excellent English. Breakfast provided an excellent hot and cold selection. An easy and short walk to the Plaza de Armas and most of the central Cusco attractions. Very clean and comfortable.

My room at he front of the hotel was a little noisy as the hotel is on a busy street, one night a street vendor was using a loudspeaker to attract business, the second night was much quieter.

Great location. The hotel looks like a converted monastery however it was a house that was converted. Very nice setting and very quiet. The front desk, Angel, was so helpful and friendly. I loved the place so much we cancelled our other hotel when we return to Cusco and booked this one. The breakfast was great and offered a lot of choices. The hotel is closed to most of the interesting places in cusco The staff is quite helpful to arrange your stay. We arrived a little early and they tried to give us our room as quick as possible. The luggage storage service is useful (The hotel kept our luggage during our 3 days trip to Sacred Valley) Breakfast buffet is good

We had "superior room" and I don't think it was worth the price, especially compared to the standard room (we came back a few days later). Our window was on the street which can be very noisy. After repeating by email twice and three times at the Front desk that we needed a taxi to the airport, they forgot to arrange it. Better to arrange it yourself

Location is perfect. 2 minutes walk to the main square and it’s still very quiet. Staff is amazing. They arrange you taxis, transfers and everything, and they remember your transfers etc better than you

I stayed at this hotel in 2016 and the breakfast was way much better. This time it was very weak and they dont offer you a breakfast pack when you’re leaving very early for the Machu Picchu tour. A small wardrobe in the rooms would be nice

The hotel is great! Nice and comfortable rooms, good size, good amenities, good bathroom, outside windows (amazingly as it seems, this is something to be valued in Cusco as lots of hotels have inner windows that open to halls and not outside), good breakfast with several options. Hotel staff was very careful and polite and always willing to help.

The only thing not so good about this hotel is its location... It is in a busy street, somewhat shady, that doesn't really inspire safety. However we neither saw nor suffered any incidents... It is a short walk from Plaza de Armas, around 10 to 15 minutes.

The actual location of the hotel is walking distance from the center without feeling like your in the middle of all the movement and traffic. Upon entering we were immediately greated by a very helpful and friendly staff, that made us feel both welcomed and special. Once we entered our room, we were left without words. The epitomy of comfort and beauty. Plus, the front desk was extremely helpful on our last day, after checking out we were able to store our bags and come back later that day for them.

Upon arrival, there was a bit confusion with the actuall pricing and taxes, due to the fact that I am American but my wife is Peruvian. On the second day, we were charged a small fee for taxes again due to the confusion and error on their part. Otherwise, we had zero problems with the room or the service.

Good location, beautiful building, clean rooms, and helpful staff. This hotel provides a comfortable stay at the heart of Cusco's historic center. If you can get a courtyard facing room, possibly on the second floor, it would be amazing. The hotel doesn't have a bar, restaurant or spa, like some other restored colonial hotels, but it offers great value for money with helpful staff and a decent breakfast.

Street facing rooms are very noisy however, courtyard facing rooms are super quiet and nice
