My stay represented good value for money. Checking in was easy. My room was fine (sleeping area and bathroom). Handily located close to the main station and therefore also bus and tram lines and also the city centre. What I was very impressed with was that the flush on the toilet in my room broke when I first used it. After reporting it to reception, it was left that they would try and fix it or give me another room (I was away from the hotel all afternoon and evening, after arriving). When checking at reception on arriving back around midnight I had been given the room next door, so just needed to go into my previous/old room and retrieve my bag before retiring for the night to my new room right beside it. Impressed with this - so the staff get a 10 out of 10 rating. Didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on it. Would be more than happy to stay here again.

The Hotel s located in central Katowice and the location makes reaching attractions in the city convenient. The breakfast was good and the beds rather comfortable All in all a rather good experience, despite some drawbacks. If all you need is a place to drop at the end of the day to get a night's sleep, it is very good for that

The room was very small and the furniture didn't utilize the space well. It made moving around the room a bit inconvenient

It was in a very central location close to Galeria Katowicka. Room was cosy and spacious, especially the bed. Shower was really spacious and water pressure was amazing. I'll definitely be back to stay here again. I liked how they changed the towels everyday too.

I wish that they cleaned the bathroom more than just changing the towels. It would've been nice if they wiped down the sink, or at least had some spray and a sponge to clean it out as my makeup spilled a little and wouldn't just wash out with water. The pillows also could've been plumper as they were a bit thin. As I was staying alone I used both pillows but if 2 persons were in that room, I'd have to ask for extra pillows.

Ideal location to explore the city on foot, comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, 24h reception which was very useful for a late check in, nice and kind front staff.

Could have been cleanier, they never changed the sheets for a 7 night stay, they never replaced shampoo and soap even when we asked for it.

Exactly what you would expect from a budget hotel, and more! The room was cosy, warm (it was snowing) clean, and decently sized. Hot water and very good wifi on the second floor. We did not have breakfast but the buffet looked nice. The bed was very comfy. Walking distance to the centrum, we felt very safe.

It would be nice to also have smaller hand towels and better shower gel and soap. A kettle would have been nice to have as well.

- Location: Right in the centre of Katowice, you can reach the old town within minutes by feet. The bus stop for the airport bus is located only 10 mins away, same with Katowice Main Station (Krakow is only an hour by train, highly recommened!) - Rooms are decent sized and everything is modern and clean. Towels are provided daily, as well as body wash and soap. - Staff is friendly and speak English well. - Didn‘t have breakfast so can‘t comment on that. - Not much noise going on in the location/hotel.

The hotel was ok for one night stay and for it`s price. It`s a very simple but clean place. It`s very close to the train station and a mall.

There was no heater inside the toilet and it`s a big miss, specially when the temperature is negative.

The location is amazing, it is really close to the train station and the office that I had to go to work. Around the hotel, there are restaurants and coffee places to take something and enjoy a bit of free time. It is a really nice quality price option in Katowice, the room is big, the hotel is clean, staff polite, helpful and speaking English.

Only thing to improve is that I work during the night and they told me at the reception that they can clean my room only in the morning, when I was sleeping, and not during the afternoon-evening when I was working. I spent 5 nights without the room being clean, they gave toilet paper and towels. Ideally, the room could be clean from 1700 but apparently they didn´t have that option.

I liked the fact that brekfast was a buffet type and that hotel is situaded close to everything. Room has a air con which is very helpful. Room are decent size and modern.

The main thing i personally didn't like was the fact that there is no kettle in bedroom and u gotta pay for tea/coffee additionaly after a breakfast (which fir what has been served is pretty pricey) . Apart of that everthung was good.

Really nice and helpful staff, great location just near the bus station, very clean and neat rooms. During our last stay our room faced busy road, which wasn't very comfortable, but this time it faced quiet inner yard, so noise wasn't a problem at all.

It would be nice to have a fridge and more than one towel :)
