Breakfast was immense, but so was a price... We ate there just because of the convenience, you know, hot strong coffee on the start of the day, normal, clear and even fresh air in a large breakfast room... Oh, just forget the price and don't go to any of the hot, steamy, full of your neighbour armpits aroma cafes that the fingers on your hands would be enough to count their number around the city...

The city with a big number of Slavic Art Nouveau buildings, some perfect examples of the Art Deco architecture - and most of them are not even cleaned, forget restored... And nobody speaks 'bout these jems! The tourist authorities are not in, the City Hall does nothing and therefore your hotel can't provide you with some booklets on the theme...

Very near the centrum, quiet, peaceful and clean rooms. Modern bathroom, although the hair sryer could be bit updated but that didnt matter really. Room was very quiet even if it was near centrum. All the shopping abilities are very near, Supersam shopping centre is just 3mins away and Katowice Galeria is like 7mins away. Two Zabka-stores near.

Well the breakfast could be more vegetarian friendly. There were maindly eggs, ham and more meat options. But I think it might be more of a cultural thing. Also I didnt like how the waiters hover over your head almost waiting for you to finish breakfast so they can quite literally snatch your plate away.

+ Quite central location, probably 10 min by foot to Old Town/main train station. + Convenient underground parking. + Really good breakfast - good options for omnivores, vegetarians and vegans + Comfy bed. + Spacious shower.

- It might be a thing for Vienna House hotels but the storage room in the closet was quite small, there was only one small shelf at the normal height. - Shower started to catch a mold around the soap dispenser. - Interior design of the rooms is a matter of personal taste but it could be refreshed to be more modern.

Breakfast, room, shower, arrangement

The hotel required preauthorisation of a part of the payment on my debit card upon check-in. I agreed but even now (11 days later) the preauthorised amount is still debited in my account even though I made a payment of the total upon check-out. So now, 11 days later, I have the same amount debited twice. This happened despite the fact that I made my booking through booking.com, where I obviously provided my debit card number, and all my data and the card data were verified upon arrival. Strange practice which I have never come across it before. The preauthorisation should be automatically cancelled when the entire sum is paid (which I did on check-out). I consider it a really inappropriate practice. A big flaw.

Great location and familiar with the area. Great spacious standard double and quiet room, with up to date decor and nice colours. Comfortable bed and seating arrangements. Good selection of teas, coffee and water. A special treat if you don't ask for the room to be cleaned. Bathroom was nice, there wasn't enough toiletries for 2 people but no issues! Staff were nice, helpful and very accommodating. A little hiccups with the booking before and after arrival but sorted very quickly. Overall great hotel, will definetly be back in a few months...if the price is right and this time hope to make use of the other facilities.

Hello, our stay in hotel was very fine. Everything looks like in the photos, rooms are quiet and beds comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast, that was great and kind stuff!

Room was same as in the photos, but we would like to have more hangers / some shelves in the room to be able to organize clothes for two, especially when we stayed more days, but that's just a small reminder.

Very nice and good hotel, good for business and leisure stay. In business stays, I have few preferences - to have a proper bed, pillows, clean space, parking space, good breakfast. Anything extra what can make my space more nice is added value. And this hotel has few items, which i really liked. Room was spacious, with comfortable bed and lot of pillows :) Close to city center, you can reach it within 10-15 minutes walk - what is a big plus. I did not visit the one site bar/restaurant, as the city offers plenty of nice restaurants. Now the extra ideas which are really liked - bookshelf in reception area with books to lend, another one was on my floor next to the lifts (not sure if all floors have them) and then the shelf with green plants for lend at reception area - you can choose a plant and take it with you to your room. (i took one of course). If you do not require cleaning of the room, you should hang a small bag / which you will find in the room - on the door handle - and you should receive a small gift. These are small details, which are making your stay in the hotel really lovely. A small on site space to buy drinks and snacks is available next to reception. Interior of the hotel is nice with a lot of details, exterior is not really mind blowing. I will for sure book this hotel again.

everything was fine

The hotel is 7 min walk from railway station so you can easily get there by foot. Also there's a stop of Airport Shuttle Bus right at its doorstep. I stayed in this hotel for just one night but liked personnel and the room itself co much. It feels like 4* hotel with big and clean elevators, nice room equipment, extremely comfortable bed. Also provided bath gel and shampoo have pleasant neutral smell, unlike chemical ones in other hotels. Receptionist said they have sauna and fitness center open 24 / 7 but I didn't have time to check them.

On Sunday breakfast starts at 7:00 though I expected it to start at 6:30. Breakfast (at least for early birds) is full self-service, you need to cope with coffee machine yourself.

Very friendly staff, helped to call a taxi to the airport at night, checked in a couple of hours earlier than the specified time, just as I arrived earlier at the hotel. It was unexpected and nice to receive a voucher for a free drink at the bar

The card sometimes did not work in the elevator, as well as a Russian channel that calls people to war against Ukraine

Breakfast 10 out of 10, staff was amazing could not do enough for you. Wifi was strong great room, had a evening meal which was really top quality. Me and my mum loved the sauna as well, great hotel!

Room was to bright and needed darker curtains, noise level was quiet loud from outside. But I've been on higher floor when I've been in past and was no problem, last thing was the bed sheets was to thin so could be cold but staff offered us more
