A weak air conditioner is a pain during the summer.

We stayed at this hotel repeatedly, so we knew what to expect there. We are very satisfied with the quality of this hotel. The best impression is made by the hotel personal. Excellent work by the them very kind service, responsive, smiling. We were served in the restaurant by the same waiter who was already worked in the restaurant a year ago, a very pleasant person and professional. We rate the food in the restaurant 10/10. We had a very tasty meal and thank you for the service. Our room was very high quality, clean, with a good smell. Everything was prepared perfectly. This time we were given a room at the very top of the hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised by a gift for a dog, because we didn't have anything for dogs the last time. The dog fee is very symbolic and the hotel is very dog ​​friendly! Only for this, we give the hotel 10/10. Thank you for a great experience, we will definitely visit again next time!

Everything in general was great, unfortunately the air conditioner didn't work this time, it was around 32 degrees outside and the same or more inside. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to sleep at night, also for dog. Too hot and even though the air conditioner was blowing air, it couldn't cool the room at all. It is understandable that such heat is rare, but still it was very difficult to sleep. I believe that it is not really the fault of the hotel, but it should be thought about next time. We are very satisfied with everything overall.

1. Location. If you travel by car - it will be a great place to stay. Hotel has a huge free parking. There is a big park right behind the hotel, which is a nice location for running, cycling or roller skating. There is a zoo, planetarium and a cable car. Hotel is in 10min by car from Spodek arena and around 15 min to the city center. 2. Hotel is quiet. You almost can’t hear your neighbors.

1. It needs renovation. Although it’s not critical for now, but it would be definitely more pleasant to stay in renovated room. 2. Breakfast is pretty poor. You won’t stay hungry, but there is no big choice.

The service was quick and professional. The breakfast was very good and diverse The hotel has free parking The location is good and near shopping center and some of attractions of the city

The number was a little bit dense for us (2 adults and 2 kids). Washbasin at the bath was very very small and not comfortable for use. The water separator in the shower didn't sepate all the water and some of it drop to floor and we had to clean it.

The room was very clean and tidy, as was the hotel in general. The breakfast was excellent. The gym and sauna were unexpectedly nice, clean and well equipped. There was also plenty of on-site parking.

Location is quite isolated. A reasonable distance from town centre and not many amenities near-by that could be reached without a car. We were travelling by car so this was not a problem. Worth reviewing other transport links prior to booking if you don't have your own transport.

We traveled with dogs. The hotel is dog friendly with an additional fee. It was very convenient to get there, the hotel has private parking in a fenced area or underground. Very kind hotel staff(personal), professional waiter in the restaurant. Clean and comfortable room. Air conditioner, which is important in summer. We liked the quality of Park Inn hotels in Europe. There is also tea and coffee in the room, water to drink, very appropriate service. Access to rooms by elevator, convenient and modern with chip get in the room. When we leave the Hotel, service worker in registration was given to us a Coca-cola to each person as a gift to next far traveling. It was very kind :)

Unfortunately, the room key (chip) was only in 1 copy, so while we were in the restaurant, the dogs had to stay in the room in the dark and without air conditioning. Usually the room key is at least in 2 copies, so that the electricity can be left on if necessary. Since they charged an average/large amount for the dogs, I would like more thought to be given to the dogs. Maybe a bowl towel, poop bag, or something.

The room was good, clean, suitable for a night or two. The bathroom has not a full door, so if you're traveling not alone, keep in mind you won't have full privacy. Breakfast was ordinary, but you can have fresh whole fruits, what is really good. Bed was comfortable. It's good location to get a taxi from to the airport.

The sink is in the room and the bathroom has not a full door. I was alone so it's okay but for couples that could be not really comfortable.

A good-size room, digital television (we could switch off polish sound of translation during the movies), fridge in the room, the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel is situated in the outer area of Katowice and easy to reach by car from the motorways in the nearby hood. Good quality underground parking, elevator goes directly to the residential areas with the hotel key card to swipe on the panel inside the elevator. The hotel is located at the busy street, we had a quiet room on the backside but from what I saw the windows are noise-proof.

I missed a quiet smoking area for the hotel guests. The only smoking area was situated at the entrance of the hotel at the busy/noisy street, while at the backside of the hotel there is a lot of space to make the stay of smoking guests more comfortable. The balcony in the room was closed and couldn't open. There was only one towel in the room but after asking at the reception, someone brought two sets of towels within 5 minutes :-)

Close to the place I come to visit in Katowice. Kind staff, willing to help always. Nice and clean room. Quiet place and great bed.

Opening the door of my room was a nightmare everytime. Needed to try passing the card through the lector multiple times before it actually worked. One time I even needed to change the card because I simply couldn’t enter the room. Also, the tv was not connected to wifi so all the options smart-TV related couldnt be used.

The hotel is great, well equipped with modern furniture, great choice for breakfast, the breakfast restaurant is quite cosy despite the large number of guests.

There was a hitch in the organisation of the airport transfer, I had to wait for the driver for 40 minutes, although everything was agreed and paid for in advance.
