Breakfast was great. Excellent room for staying with children. About half an hour away from Katowice airport. Overall experience was great and the hotel is very nice.

We had to wait for about half an hour in order to be seated at the restaurant. When they finally gave us a table we had to wait for another half an hour waiting for someone to bring us a menu. I understand that it was quite busy, however, at least they could bring us the menu. Finally, there was no menu for kids and we had to leave. When we came back after 23.00 p, for a drink, there were much less people, but again we had to wait for 15 minutes and ask 2 times for a menu. We stayed in the same hotel last year and they had excellent kids menu. Please include kid's menu in your menu.

Room was fine- typically business hotel setup. Good layout and comfortable bed. Great and friendly staff.

Hot tub was half full, and I think not open. ;( The location is sort of out of the way. Nearly 20 minute walk from train station, 10 minute walk from main street and not much around it.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was amazing, we truly enjoyed the breakfast with incredible variety of food and had an a la carte dinner which was absolutely delicious. The pool was smallish but enough to relax after a long trip, our kids enjoyed it. Although we didn't use the gym, it seemed well kept and next time we will bring our workout clothes. The room was of a good size, and I appreciated that they prepared a pull out sofa for our eldest son and a crib for our toddler. The children's playroom next to the bar/restaurant is a life saver with small puzzles and games for our toddler and Xbox for our older son. Overall we had a great stay and if we ever return to Katowice we will certainly stay here. Thank you.

The parking was paid. The price is not high, but I would expect it to be included for a hotel this size. We didn't get robes for the spa/swimming pool in our room, but saw other people had them. Since we only used the pool briefly 1 time we didn't bother asking about it.

Awesome stay in the hotel, great and big room on the 10th floor with spectacular view especially in the evening, you can see e.g. the old mining tower. Nice and relaxing room design with comfy mattress for nice good sleep with ambient lights. Free coffee/tea amenities and carafe for water. The hotel offers many other facilities, indoor playground for children, 24 hours gym, small swimming pool, whirlpool and two saunas. Staff friendly and amicable. WIFI strong through the hotel. Very nice breakfast with extensive choice. Location is quite good about 1.4 KM from the train station, to get to the main square with still Christmas market about 1 KM or 7 min walk.

Very easy to find and conformable to park (big parking lot around the hotel). I traveled with dogs, so there are green areas to walk the dogs. We got an upgrade, so the room was fantastic. Clean, spacious, enough light. The room cooled down well, although at night for some time, it seems that AC stopped working. Super good bed. Breakfast was good. Staff was amazing, very welcoming, helpful.

Slippery floor in elevator (for my dogs, it was a bit of an issue).

The hotel is located in a walking distance from the railway station and from the main attractions of Katowice. Exceptional breakfast. My room was very quiet, clean and quite cosy. Free water-machines on the corridors, which can also produce sparkling water.

The sofa next to the window proved to be a dangerous place - I hit my leg against it while approaching the window (nasty invisible corners are stretching out!). The staff is rather indifferent.

Location, walking distance to Spodak arena and the old city with cafes, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was good.

Late check out on Sundays is free. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a late flight. Reception staff was not willing to give the opportunity to keep the room,since another group supposted to arrive on the same day and it seems the hotel staff did not want to create "difficulties" for themselves and at the beginning refused to change rooms, etc. That was an unpleasant situation that was sorted out at the end, but just because we as guests insisted to provide us the option for late check out and keep our room. Thats not a customer oriented approach and it ruined all the impreassion of this hotel.

The best service I ever encountered. I asked if I could deliver a gift for my son to the hotel. The hotel staff offered to open the box and place it in my room. When we arrived we found the gift placed in the room along with treats for the kids. My kids were super excited. Thank you very much. I stayed only for one night before my flight but the experience was fantastic. Very good beds

Great reception staff, very friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was top notch, could have eaten it all day. Sad to check out. First time staying here in Katowice as our normal hotel was fully booked (Rammstein were in town - great concert - why we were here) but think I may be changing where I stay to here.

The hotel only rented the location for the EV charger, and the charging company is a third-party, so the hotel could not help with charging. The company was not part of the Chargepoint or Greenway network, so I wasn't able to use it. However, the Silesia City Center nearby has two 150 kW Greenway chargers, so we charged there while shopping.
