The hotel is really nice, located in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants and transport. Parking based on availability, but we managed to find a spot but we have had to pay for it, it is not included in the accommodation. Breakfast is really good with enough options. All was awesome, best hotel so far, good and multiple options in breakfast, available parking based on occupancy, well placed in city center, a but musky, probably carpets cleaning would do

WiFi speed is quite slow, it’s better than nothing but could be improved. Hallways have a bit of a “still” smell, maybe just giving the carpets a good cleaning could solve the issue. Good coverage but slow WiFi speed, i guess it is.

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel in January 2023 while visiting Katowice to see the opening match of the World Handball Championship 2023. The location is spot-on - right in the city centre. We had a spacious room with comfortable sleeping. Windows can be opened which is a great feature to put some fresh air into the room. The room was clean and tidy. Fabulous breakfast selection with various healthy and fresh food - lots of fresh veggies or wholemeal breadstuff. The best hotel breakfast I have ever eaten.

Staff could be a little bit happier - they had solemn expressions on their faces, both reception and kitchen staff. Although the overall quality is great, it doesn't change the fact that the stay was a bit pricey.

We were looking for a hotel to stay one night. The hotel has a privat parking lot (book in advance). The entrance is BEFORE the hotel building. There is no sign but - arch with a barrier. We asked for a quite room and we got it. The other side of the hotel is facing the railway station, so I guess it could be noisy. We had dinner at the restaurant downstairs. It was quite good. P.s. There is public laundry 100m down the street, and grocery shop which works late hours.

Such a pleasant place! Excellent value for your money. AC worked like a charm. Room was perfectly clean and very cosy. Right place to rest after long journey. Parking inside is convenient and you can reach it through door next to the reception desk. City center is 5min walk. For train fans, you can watch all the different types directly from the window! It was great.

You can hear noises from the railway, but it didn’t bothered us at all. We had two kids with us and we all slept very well.

The hotel located in the heart of Katowice, close to all city sights. Also there are Central Railway and bus stations 10 min walk, with direct buses to the airport. Stuff was very pleasant, rooms were cozy, clean and neat.

There is the biggest night club nearby the hotel, so it might be a bit loud in the night especially on weekends due to drunk youngsters, but it didn’t make my stay at this hotel bad as you cal always close the window and turn on the AI

Everything is perfect Receptionists are kind and fully support. comfortable atmasphere, one of the best breakfast.(almost food is fresh and good taste) quick response, clean all staffs(reception, breakfast serve, clean sttaf...) are very kind and active witth positive smile & energy

We stayed 2 night & 2 room but room 433 has abnormal smell. I can guess but ' no comment ! '431 room is fresh & perfect condition

Breakfast is a bit expansive (80zl per person) and value not worth it in my opinion. Parking is also expensive (70zl per day) but there were also parking spots available right in front of the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent, many healthy choices. They even have a juicer, so you can blend your own juice with the fruits of your choice. Good location, very close to the center and to bars/clubs for the night.

The lights in the bathroom were dim, I would have preferred a brighter light especially when it comes to applying my skin care routine and makeup.

Friendly staff, Comfortable beds, clean bathroom. My stay was comfortable and no issues at all.

Drinks were a bit overpriced at Bar/Restaurant in comparison to regular restaurant. There were no much options for allergics at breakfast. Homeless ppl were on the street all time, i was nervous about my car.

The room that we've stayed in was compliant with provided descripiton. Everything was clean. The hotel is located near the train station - about 5 minutes to walk there and about 15 minutes to Spodek, so the location is quite good. I didn't have breakfest in the hotel, so I cannot rate that. I think that this place met my expectations and I can recommend it.
