This place has clean and spacy rooms. Everything was comfortable, and there were no issues I registered during the stay. I needed a place to sleep in for a week and this hotel delivered exactly that.

The only thing I did not like was that the staff tried to charge me once again for the money I'd already transferred to them on the night of my arrival. I understand that nobody was perfect, but I had to insist a couple of times before the staff double-checked and confirmed that the total amount had been paid. If I weren't so sure of my right and were a bit shy, I would have spent more than needed and probably found out about that after a long time.

I liked everything was provided there like toothbrush and toothpaste set, bathrobe, slippers,etc. I liked the tools and equipment in the kitchen. I liked the cleenliness and the comfort everywhere. Everything looked like new and there was a lot of space :)

I haven't liked the hotel reception is located on the first floor. No light under shower. Lack of breakfast and restaurant near by. There is a mood of old times, like pictures on the wall, colors in the Everything else was really great.

It was my first time in Katowice and in Diament Hotel. And I was happy with the choice that I've done. The room is clean and you have everything inside of it. The hotel is very quiet so you can sleep and have a nice rest. The hotel is very close to the city centre. Miss Ewelina and Mr. Daniel were very helpful and they knew how to take nice care. Really nice staff at the reception, comfortable and spacious room, the possibility to rent out board games + access to a coffee machine were a nice bonus!

One thing that I didn’t like was that it was not possible to complete the upfront payment via booking.com and instead I was sent a link to a website that I didn’t know about, so that did not feel very secure (but everything went well in the end)

Perfect location to attend a concert also a short walk into center.

I gave facilities only 2 stars, because there were none, just a room and breakfast (that was good but costs extra) parking too. But in this case it was all we needed.

The staff was diligent in check-in, provided requested information, like: availability of restaurants in the neighborhood. The room was small but comfortable and equipped with a kettle and some coffee and tea.

The restaurant at the hotel was closed, so no breakfast was available.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The halls are nice and also spacious and clean. I'd come back again. Location is fine, since Katowice is not that big, it's easy to get anywhere, without much traffic.

Restaurant was under construction, BUT I was notified beforehand, so I was expecting it. Hopefully, it will be back open soon))

For the price the standard is pretty high. Better than most 3-star hotels. The small room is largely compensated by the large common area that's right outside. Closeness to the MCK is a major plus. Drinking a coffee (from the nearby Żabka) atop of architectural gem was an excellent way to start the day.

A bit hard to find, as the entrance is not on a street and Google Map places the pin at the back of the hotel.

We like the location of the hotel . Friendly stuff, they speak English. Good option to stay few nights. Good connection with Katowice airport.

Isolation is weak. No option to pay instantly on booking

Clean room, strong air conditioner, comfortable bed and chair, walkable distance from the Silesian ethnographic museum and the main station, supermarkets and shopping centres

You can't open the curtain at all because the room inside is completely visible from walk-by people, and finding the entrance is not easy
