The Hotel was clean and tidy and was perfectly located for our planned visits. Breakfast was plentiful and good!

The swimming pool that was advertised and one of the reasons we booked this Hotel to chill out after a busy day travelling was not free! To our surprise the pool was charged at 30Zloty per person per hour equivalent of £8 per hour.

We visited to attend the OFF Festival, so the location for us was superb, as we were just a mere 10 minute walk away. The room's soundproofing from the exterior is superb: there was construction work right next door and it did not bother us at all, as well as the festival itself. The air conditioning is also perfect for the summer, and the beds were comfortable enough, so we had restful nights. The room was really tidy and clean, and the restaurant downstairs is quite nice too.

I guess the rooms could be a bit bigger, but with that price it's only fair. There is a swimming pool available, but it is only available in the evenings and you have to pay extra to use it, so it is not quite convenient. Also, if you are aiming to visit the city itself, the location is not great, as it is a bit far from the center.

Good location. Very close to A4 road. Car was left safe in underground garage (7 eur). Very clean rooms. Kettle, wellcoming mineral water was a nice compliment from the hotel. Wellcoming team. Great breakfast. There is a lot to choose from. Great variety :) Real, strong coffee. And Special Thanks to restaurant Supervisor Lady - you are the best :) very kind, caring about every client. And all was honest- it’s a big thing)).

Dogs friendly (40PLN fee), you can pay by card. Free large parking area in front of hotel on grass (you can pay for private underground). Outside parking looked safe and secure. Cozy room, comfortable bed. Nice lobby. Great city views (we stayed 13th floor). There was cups, glasses, teapot, coffee and espresso. Table for laptop. Clean bathroom. Friendly and fluent english speaking staff. Close by is large supermarket area, Mcdonalds, BP gas station working 24/7. City center is 15min away with a car. They have bar, swimming area, lounge. We would stay here again if we visit Katowice.

Bar closes 10pm (sat-sun). Nothing else it was great place to stay.

We enjoyed the breakfast. It was a buffet with a variety of dishes. The coffee was tasty, the atmosphere was nice and the service was good. The free parking, the two working elevators and the convenient entrance were very nice bonuses.

The only thing that could be improved was the room service, especially the bathroom supplies. Everything else was great.

Good value for money, especially for the one-night stopover. On-site free parking, rich breakfast, cleanliness

If you get room with the room facing motorway side, it can be a little bit noisy. Not very close to the downtown, at least not walking distance

Really nice hotel, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. Everything was top notch. And it also is quite affordable.

Location. It's a little bit hard to get without a car because of construction site nearby. No problem if you want to get there by car though.

Getting there isn’t easy, you need to get a bus to the suburbs then a walk along a dark street across a rough car park. Whilst it is advertised as having a swimming pool, in reality this is only open for a few hours a day.

Rooms are big enough, bed is comfortable, views from 13th floor are amazing. And breakfast Is superb!!!

Too hot in the room and air-co quite loud. I would appreciate bigger pillows. But these are just minor problems.
