Very nice hotel. We stayed only one night at the end of holiday. Half of our family stayed in room in the main building which was great with fireplace and spacious bedroom. Others stayed in apartment in nearby villa, which was also nice but would definitely need some refurbishment and facelift. Good location with restaurant terrace on the cliff - beautiful! is just 10 min to the airport . Tasty breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. I can imagine staying there again.

The apartment is spacious. It was ok for the price we paid. Nice view from the terrace where we had the breakfast.

The breakfast is pretty basic, you don't have a lot of options to choose from. The pool is not the cleanest, neither the sunbeds around it. The sheets had a weird smell and the beds are not comfortable at all.

The location of the terrace where you sit for breakfast, a refreshing beer during the day or dinner in the evening is what makes this hotel. Perched on the cliff edge above the sea gives you the perfect place to just be in the moment. We had the best evening meal of our entire stay in Madeira, beautifully presented and delicious.

Without air conditioning it was very hot at night although a fan is provided.

I loved the personal attention of this boutique hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful with my dietary requirements, travel on the island and places to visit. Restaurant was excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The apartment was lovely

The small kitchen had limited equipment if you wanted to cook but we ate out so it did not matter. The pool was tiny and in the shade during winter, but would probably use it in the summer.

Everything was beautiful. When we arrived, the room was ready, the lady at the Reception was very kind and polite to us, also the other lady who speaks Spanish and also the boy during the breakfast. The room is very nice with an amazing view and the breakfast is very complete. Thanks to all the workers there, and of course I will come back.

Beautiful ocean view. Really nice Stuff. The room was also okay for the price and it was clead almost every day. The breakfast was really great with a lot of options, fresh fruits, bread coffee etc.

The Restaurant is not bad but its expensive for the portion. They booked the money from the creditcard before we could have payed there. (The card should have been given only for the booking as it was written before) We became a survey with questions like, how much money do you earn and how much is your budget for your holiday.

The location is perfect With nice restaurants close by. The apartment was really good size and had everything we needed.

The swimming pool was out of the service and we needed to use the public pool which was small and crowded. The bath there's a lot of ants even when they cleaned.

Ideal location for exploring the island and beautiful surroundings of the hotel; very friendly staff and helpful reception lady; good quality food!

Parking could be difficult when arriving late in the evening

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were so friendly and professional. Evening meal in restaurant was very good.

Lack of communication regarding issues with water boiler. They knew we didn't have hot water, but only resolved it after we complained about not being able to have a shower.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The location on the cliff side is perfect to enjoy a sunny day.

The room was too hot because of lack of ventilation. There was a fan in the room but it took some time to cool the room.
