Location, very comfortable bed, hard mattress, very large bed, good pillows. Nice view from room. I had very good sleep in this hotel.

Definitely breakfast. Very average and below average for 4* Hotel. Quality of ham, chesse, vegetables, bacon very poor. Overburned coffee. I would recommend to not pay for breakfast and rather have it in some bistro around.

The breakfast was plentiful. Service at breakfast was excellent. Bar staff were very good We had an 8th floor room with a balcony overlooking the roundabout in front which was excellent. The room was large, the bed was very comfortable

The shower pressure was worse than awful. No pressure at all if you had just flushed the toilet or if anybody used the sink at the same time. Had to run the water for a while before even any hot water would appear, This really needs fixing as lets an otherwise 10 out of 10 room down badly.

The whole stay was excellent. The staff's customer service was exceptionally well especially the chef, who was very welcoming and cared for every client personally, the waitressing staff and one of the receptionists ( I forgot her name ) who was very helpful and went out of her way to make out stay exceptional. The facilities and cleanliness were great and even though we arrived in August, when the hotel was fully booked, our room and the hallways were always spick and span. We decided to have our breakfast at the hotel every day. It was very filling and food was always fresh and exquisite. We would have loved more variations to the breakfast buffet but this understandable since we stayed at there for 9 nights. The location is also perfect. All the bus stops are next or around the corner and one can reach the metro station from an underground tunnel across the road, which is excellent. All in all, I can say that our experience in Lisbon was made abundantly better by choosing HF Fenix Lisboa as our accommodation. Would recommend anyone to stay here as this is suitable for business trips, families and couples all together.

The location is excellent and the rooms were clean well maintained

Parking charge was 20 euros per night that was not worth it The hotel staff was rude when we were checking in we asked the staff if he could quickly show us the room so we could make sure it was good but the staff was not helpful and started talking rudely saying he has a lot of work and his busy. Infact they were two of them he wasn’t alone and also we had checked in at 12 am . We were exhausted and also had our kid with us. Very unprofessional behavior even if was busy and whatever reason couldn’t show us the room could have spoken in a good manner.

Hotel offered most things you could want from a hotel and the staff were excellent always happy to help! Breakfast some mornings it was a bit chaotic when hotel was busy! things running out for which staff couldn't replenish fast enough due to demand. Room only thing missing was draws. Location a bit far from the main areas! plus side metro outside the hotel made it a little easier to get around.

Not being able to have dinner in the hotel of an evening! after a long day out the last you want to do is go out again to look for somewhere to eat! hotel area doesn't have much to offer.

The bed was comfortable (although we could feel the gap between the mattresses). The shower was really good and everything worked properly.

The reception staff was a bit "cold". I was by myself during checkin and had 3 suitcases. Nobody offered to hold the elevator door for me, let alone help me push them in there. On the other days, I didn't have any problem, but overall they were still not very friendly. The minibar was really small and packed with hotel products, so we could barely fit a bottle of beer in there. I expected an expresso machine instead of just a kettle and soluble coffee, since it's a 4-star hotel. They could put more hangers in the closet, and maybe some on the walls by the door, so that we could leave coats and jackets there.

The room was very big and spacious, with lots of storage, very comy beds, it was a twin room, staff were so helpful and breakfast had everthing needed, very much to choose from. We some minor mishaps travelling with my parents but the staff were brillant in sorting things out.

There was a humming noise from something outside, possibly airducts, 6th floor out the back. Strange smell in bathrooms like damp from time to time. We had to get my patents room changed, it was very small and smelled bad of damp. The staff were quick to rectify this.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice, well cooked & presented, staff were great. Reception staff were really helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Located within walking distance of many of Lisbon's interesting areas and attractions but had a metro station outside if needed. Room was quiet considering the hotel is situated on a busy traffic island.

It was a shame there wasn't an outside seating area available - it is a work in progress.

The location is great, not up on a huge hill on cobblestone like some of the more centrally located hotels. Having a place to park was nice

The parking garage tickets machines were very fickle. Sometimes it let us through sometimes it didn’t let us through for a long time. and once in the evening we couldn’t get through and the garage door closed behind is so we were stuck. The breakfast was okay. The eggs were quite runny, the syrup dispenser didn’t work and many salt shakers were empty. But overall it was okay

Great location to city, tour bus stop straight across the road. Walking distance to some attractions. Breakfast was decent value for money, good choice. Room was clean.

Not a lot of seating for restaurant, not a great choice on dinner menu. Bar in hotel didn't have a great selection of drinks, one night it took over 40 mins to get 2 drinks....only one bar man on who served the bar and the restaurant which was in the same area. Was very busy that night so don't know why there wasn't another bar man working...
