I booked a single room with shared bathroom, I stayed in the one from picture number 10. I enjoyed the minimalistic furniture - it was nice, functional and made the room feel spacious. I was a bit concerned about sharing a bathroom but there were at least 6 (with shower box and toilet) on my floor and they were absolutely spotless - sharing was not a problem at all. I loved the privacy that I had. With the same key, I opened both the main door and my room's, and I didn't need to pass through reception. There was also a mini kitchen with a small electric hob, microwave and fridge - but a barely any pans and cutlery. Finally, the underground was just up the street and Rossio was at walking distance (10 mins).
I did not have a balcony - I think only double rooms get one, but I knew that beforehand. Generally, the area is quite neutral, it is safe and has a modern vibe, but you won't be able to enjoy nice views of Lisbon as it is not high up or characteristic like Alfama. It was great to have a small kitchen but there were barely any utensils - the ones I found were old and scratched. Finally, I would have appreciate one more towel.

Amazing location right next to Parque Eduardo VII, a a nice place to walk, and the cold greenhouse which is in it is really good. Having gone during the holiday there was a Christmas market with loads of nice food, a feris wheel, an lce rink and some more activities for kids. The Gulbenkian museum is close by and the subway stop is just at Rotunda do Marquês, not even 5 minutes walking, and it get you anywhere in the city. A single trip costs(Dec/22) €1.5. Breakfast is not included, it was 6€ but worth it I'd say if you usually have a big breakfast with some fruit, yogurt, eggs, bread. The hostel have complimentary coffee, good coffee, and plain or lemon water(free water is not a thing in Portugal). In the evenings they have a promotion with a slice of pizza and beer or coke for 3€. There are plenty coffee shops and small local restaurants where you can get a meal for ~10€.
Not really a bad thing if you are just using it for sleeping but the single room at least is on the smaller size, so other then a place where clothes can be hung there is no storage.

I stayed in a private room at the hostel. The room was very clean and well laid out. Bathrooms were cleaned daily and the staff was always a call or message away if you needed anything. There was also a shared kitchenette with a fridge where you could store anything you needed. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and there were a lot of ways to build community with other guests. The location is a good walk away from the main city area, but the area itself is lovely, is very walkable, has parks, food, shopping, and supermarket nearby. Will recommend for young, young at heart, and solo travellers.
There was just a bit of noise from construction outside, which could not be avoided and was no fault of the hostel. It would have been great if the bathrooms could be cleaned more than once a day due to the volume of people using it daily.

The bedroom area was clean, but it was mainly because we stayed in a private room. However, the bathroom area wasn’t always clean as they were shared with other guests and sometime people are being irresponsible (eg. not cleaning after themselves etc.). When we arrived just after midnight, there was someone on the frontdesk and check in was a breeze. However, the elevator was broken and we had to walk up the stairs with our bags. It was fixed by the end of our stay, so all was good in the end. Location was solid, super close to public transport. Wifi was stable. Plenty of plugs. Pizza night was a good value.
Cleanliness in public area.

Cute place, nice vibes, awesome smelling pizza restaurant area with a 20% discount card for those staying there and a free beer if you follow them on instagram. I loved the furniture and decor. Shared bathrooms were kept spotless by the cleaning staff who did an amazing job!
The kitchen is a tiny space on the same floor as the bedrooms with a tiny fridge shared between everyone on that floor - not practical for cooking much at all and pretty poorly equipped. It was a struggle to find a bowl. Because the toilets are communal it can be a bit noisy with doors opening and closing in the night, so bring ear plugs!

The staff was truly amazing and eager to help, always with a smile! They all seemed very genuine and went over and beyond to make my stay as comfy as possible. This was my first time traveling solo and staying in a hostel, I made them aware and they made me feel safe. Every inquiry I had was treated professionally and accordingly. The breakfast was tasty and for a really small price. I struggled the first few nights but still an experience of a lifetime! Thank you for making this trip so special!
The room facilities were good but basic as you would expect from a hostel. But not every bed had a decent socket or reading light. Some beds did and some beds didn’t. Also my bunk bed squeaked a lot. However it was so clean all the time. From dormitory to the shared areas and reception/meeting area!

The place is phenomenal. The staff are accommodating, helpful and fun. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The location is A++, close to what tourists love and what locals appreciate. The metro is about a block from the building but the area has everything you could need or want within a walking distance - restaurants, grocery, mobile phone services, gym, coworking locations, and so on. I loved my stay and felt the price was fair. The other 5 star reviews aren't misleading you, it's a top rated stay for a reason. They stay booked and busy so get in when you can. And take advantage of the made to order pizza and in-house drinks.
If I had to say anything, it would be the street noise when windows are opened. This comes with the territory of Lisbon and most city spaces. This property made the extra effort to install pretty good noise blocking windows, though.

Nice place to enjoy sight seeing in Lisbon. We got a private room which was ideal for us as a couple. Great modern furnishing. We also really liked the shared bathroom set up, as usually in a hostel it’s a big open bathroom you share, whereas this is individual private bathrooms. 20% great pizza in the common area was a bonus!
The walls were a bit thin, so you could hear other guests in their rooms or in the hallway a bit too much. Which was a shame. The noise from the street is also quite loud as it’s a main road, but that can’t be helped much.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, our studio room was large and had a big window looking out to a busy street, which we enjoyed. The bed was comfy and it was nice to have a small kitchenette. We enjoyed the pizza and the location was great for us, maybe a 15/30 min walk to places of interest. We would recommend.
Only thing for us was the lack of sound proofing within the building - the door to the room opened straight into the hall and the main door at the stairwell. It was just a bit loud in the evening, not too much of a problem, but might annoy a light sleeper! Also with the kitchenette, iit would've been good to have a lined/lidded bin for kitchen waste.

The room is small, but enough space, clean and convenient for a solo traveler with all necessary furniture and equipment. The location is so good in the city center and convenient to reach out many attractions and the transportations. The staff was super friendly, nice and helpful. The bathrooms are enough for all guests, private and super clean. Cheap breakfast offered. Only 6 euros for a big portion and clean.
I could not find the hotel at first. No big sign and too hidden, a bit confused. No shelves in the bathroom. Not convenient to take a shower. No hand towel provided. The water's temperature in the showers were not stable, kept changing while taking a shower.
