We liked the apartment very much - it was beautifully decorated, very clean, spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. Very helpful and friendly staff that made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed to feel like at home. Location felt safe and convenient for visiting as a tourist. We loved the self-service convenient store downstairs with the most common groceries that you might need for a short stay in the aparment. We highly recommend staying at this place and would love to come back.

Staff were amazing and friendly. Super helpful. I really wish I could remember all their names. They all gave great tips on how to get around and where to eat. Accommodation it's self is clean and beautiful.

Not sure how it could have been avoided but there were several flies in our Apartment. Even when we thought we got rid of 5, 2 more would appear. Everything else was perfect.

Stunning apartment with great facilities including an outdoor pool. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was fully equipped and we made good use of it during our stay. The apartments are in a very good location, close to everything

It was the forth time we stayed there, we learned that they have very spacious apartments on the 1st floor facing the pool area. It is really lovely and spacious, you feel at home. A lot of natural light and the place is decorated with natural calm colors. The only minus point is the pillows. Staff, all of them amazing and very friendly.

Pillows and bath-towels. They need to invest in those.

The location was fantastic. loved the space in the apartment felt I could live there! well designed and decorated. also the outside space and pool was fantastic! highly recommend for families

Only slight thing to improve would be to have some English speaking tv especially for kids, it was all in German. but that’s not a big deal. room isn’t cleaned on a daily basis.

Very good, clean, tidy and quiet hotel. The rooms are like apartments - tall and spacious rooms with large windows. The beds are comfortable. The room had a large wardrobe and a separate wardrobe. Equipped kitchen - utensils and sink.

Check in time of 4pm is unfortunately simply unacceptable. Despite asking for earlier check in this wasn't available. This was only thing that would make me reluctant to use again.

Great location and yet with a pool a garden to relax in. Fairly priced convenience self service shop.

Pool is not heated so it is quite cold to swim (visit mid July).

Lovely apartments in a perfect location. The reception staff is amazing! Apologies for not remembering the name of the Brazilian lady who made our stay in Lisbon a unique experience.
