We had a deluxe room and deluxe suite room with a balcony, which was large and had great views of the city. The rooms were connecting. Making suite into 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Room was spacious, bed was very comfy. Turn back service with chocolate and slippers laid out every night. Breakfast was nice and staff friendly. Location is perfect for sightseeing. Lots of restaurants and bars close by on a street behind hotel, about 5 minute walk. Walk to Praça do Comércio on the front is about 20/30 minute walk. High end luxury shops on your doorstep. Bar on rooftop was nice, had great views of the city, food was good. Small pool but great to have a dip in and to be able to sit on deckchairs and chill. 4 sunbeds.

I rated hotel an 8, I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels worldwide and given, 9 and 10. The hotel is great for a city break.

Excellent staff who helped us whenever we needed it, and provided us with some nice surprises throughout our stay. The people in the reception were really nice, and we really appreciated the useful tips and information they gave us. This made our sightseeing a lot easier without having to google absolutely everything. The bartenders and staff at the lobby bar/skybar were also really friendly and easy to talk to. I would also like to give some extra praise to the new staff at the bar who did an excellent job in his new position, and made our stay even better. He was very polite and service-minded, without being too formal (something we appreciated). Finally, the breakfast was incredible, and I am going to miss the greetings and service we received from the staff each time we entered. Generally, the hotel and the rooms were modern and well organized, but it was the staff who stole the show!

The beds were a bit too hard for our liking, and separate bed covers/quilts would be nice (maybe this could be arranged if we asked). Also, chromecasts or ways to cast to the tv would be a huge plus when resting in bed after a long day of walking and wanting to stream a movie. Perhaps this was possible, but we did not find it.

very good central location on Liberdade avenue. Short walking distance to all major tourist places in Chiado and Bairro Alto, including Rossio Square. staff was super professional and kind. Called us taxis and held our bags on checkout day until flight. We told them in advance that we are getting married that weekend and they sent us a bottle of Champagne and a lovely card. The suite (10th floor) has a modern design and was spacious, quiet and clean, with an amazing terrace overlooking the city. Rooftop bar and pool were lovely as well with a wonderful view. Metro station is close and a supermarket is virtually 10 Meters away. We had the best time and definitely recommend!

Very small thing: Rooftop bar and pool area has almost no shady areas to sit in which can be problematic for some or get very hot on sunny days. 1-2 staff members had difficulties in English, but were still kind and helpful.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location on a very nice part of Ave da Liberdade. We were able to walk to good restaurants and any place we needed to be with the exception of walking up to the castle. We opted to take a cab up to the castle but then walked all the way down to the waterfront and around town and then back to our hotel. We loved the rooftop bar and restaurant. We had a late lunch up there the day we checked in. The food was delicious and the view was fantastic This hotel also offers parking in collaboration with the mall parking. We had a rental car so this was very convenient.

The staff was super friendly, always available to help, and as a young female solo traveler it was very nice to see that even in the late hours (4-5AM) there was always somebody there to welcome you to the hotel. The Manager and staff even went the extra mile to give me a gift for my birthday which I appreciated so much!

I loved everything!

This really is an exceptional hotel across the board. The location of the hotel is wonderful and there a Metro station immediately outside the hotel reception. Rui and the rest of the hotel staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us throughout our stay. Our room was wonderful – very clean, spacious and very well air conditioned. The rooftop pool and bar were both amazing with the bar being a perfect last stop for a drink and relax before bedtime – the views are spectacular. Can’t recommend this hotel enough and will be looking to return at some stage in the future

Nothing, everything was excellent!!!

The hotel is located in the heart of Lisbon, very easy access to major points of interest and very walkable. The property has parking what was very important to us. Breakfast was delicious. The rooftop pool/bar is very nice as well and has a beautiful view.

It was not their fault but the day we arrived was a low tide and the bathroom had a bad smell, I complained and they explained this is normal for the historic part of Lisbon. They sent a cleaning lady and she sprayed some scent and made it better. The smell was gone when the tide was high.

The room was very quiet although did not have much of a view (we did ask for a quiet room) - the hotel location was excellent - away from the narrow streets but within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and points of interest . The metro was adjacent to the hotel so easy to hop on to access areas slightly further afield. Breakfast was excellent with super selection and even fizz! The staff were great too especially Paula who was always smiling and have a great welcome and all were very helpful. The roof bar and pool were great too and the perfect place to unwind or start/finish your evening ! Also well placed for some high end shopping!!

The room was a little disappointing but we had asked for a quiet room - the view into the central ‘courtyard’ was rather underwhelming . We didn’t have any robes either which I would have expected given the price.

Excellent & professional staff, went out of their way to ensure a pleasant and romantic stay for us. Surprised us with bubbles + cake in the room, wow. Room was great, location is good, rooftop bar with swimming pool is a pleasure. Environmentally conscious hotel too; has the clever system that if you do not need your room cleaned you get vouchers for drinks... nice! Had a great stay.

Breakfast options were relatively expensive.

All in all very nice hotel, right in the middle outskirts of the city center. Perfect location for both shopping and walkarounds in the park. Breakfast in the cosy restaurant where they have it all, and you are well taken care of by the staff. We didn't even wait 5 minutes for the special made omelette. As a "gold-member" of Nh we were upgraded to a suite upon arrival just as a gesture from the staff. Nice and clean rooms, huge bed with perfect madrass. The pool on the rooftop was crowded so we didn't try it, but it was looking good although small. The rooftop bar was excellent.
