Pros- double bed size bunk bed, no squeaking of the bed frame, massive drawers under bed for your stuff, curtains on the beds for privacy (bring eye mask and ear plugs if you need them), €5 deposit for padlock and room key, clean and easily accessible bathrooms, being british kettle in reception was great for quick cuppa making. €5 breakfast with great selection, location few meters from metro line and public transport- flight delay ment midnight arrival easy transport links and reception open 24 hrs made this no hassle, quiet throughout stay over halloween weekend. Has a active whatsapp activities group that the link is for all over the hostel so can see what's happening without having to ask. Staff friendly and happy to help. Delicious kebab shop across road for late arrival travelers or those wanting a quick meal. Loved my stay and would stay again if ever in Lisbon.

Cons are more roommate politeness than hostel flaws- fire door slams if roommates don't control its closure, Draws under the bed are metal so make a scraping noise if not pulling gently. For hostel cons nothing major all small details, breakfast can be crowded it times but seats always available, toilet cubicles and showers are small but usable, coat hangers outside showers but could use a bench or shelf for toiletries. I had a top bunk which was great however could use a little shelf for drinks to save putting on bed or getting up and down (my travel mug did hook over the bed rail safely but did worry about it spilling).

I stayed in a 4 bed-female dorm as selected for the last minute due to the plan was changed. The price was very reasonable and more than i expected for €29/night. The bed was double bed size and had a curtain for privatecy. I like the way they keep the blanket, pillow and towel in the drawer for us to use after checking in. There was a dim blue light and normal light in the room. There is a deposite of €5 key and card. The bathrooms are separated from toilets outside the room so it was not so noisy. There are plenty of rooms (6 toilets) and 3 shower rooms for women separated from men's. These are very clean. The room was located on the smaller road so it was not so noisy. I met and talked to other 2 ladies from UK which were very nice.

The staff wasn’t as helpful as I thought they would be. Maybe because I work in a hotel and I was expecting the same service that we provide. The check-in was a bit slow and one of the girls had a little of an attitude. I asked for a map and they didn’t even bother to explain or anything but well overall the say was good

Very large (almost double bed size) and comfortable bunk beds. Also the lockers under the bed are really capacious. The toilets and the showers were always cleaned.

The spaces in the showers and toilets are slightly small but despite the small number of showers and bathrooms per floor, I never had to wait to use the services. On the top floor they have a delightful rooftop but unfortunately during the three nights I stayed they never organized any events (music or drinks), personally I would have greatly appreciated if they put on music or something else in the evening to encourage the guests to socialise. The lockers under the beds unfortunately do not have a very secure closure, despite using the padlock they are not very "secure"

The most comfy bed I have ever slept, hands down! Good breakfast (5€), absolutely central location and nice rooftop. Friendly staff and good value for money.

Very little space in the rooms for walking, changing or just taking something from your luggage. The storage boxes under the beds are big enough, but just once it's open nobody can take any steps in the room or open the door even.

Good wifi, great location, comfortable warm beds, good towel included, the bunk beds don't creak and squeak at every move like some cheap hostel beds, large drawers under beds with lock provided to put your luggage. Friendly staff handled the crowds with ease. Good value!

I did see the cleaning staff many times, and the rooms were always fine, but somehow the men's bathroom always seemed disgusting. Obviously somewhat due to disrespectful guests, but... The lock provided did not actually do much due to its small diameter (i.e. drawer could still be opened) so I just used my own (larger) padlock. I feel sorry for the two people in the bunks right next to the door (8-person room)... those two bunks are so close to the door that the sound/light/etc of people coming and going from the room must be awful.

Great location close to everything. Big beds & clean facilities. A nice room with lockers that you can use for a deposit of 5 €, they include a towel & a blanket. We had a nice stay there. They are also a chain of hostels that you can find in Sevilla & Madrid.

Check-in was too busy, it took us almost half an hour to finally get to our room.

Short walk from everywhere and a big grocery store next to the hostel. Beds in our hostel room were big and comfortable.

Lockers could be opened even without a key to the lock (because they were under the bed and you could forcefully pull a locker from under there if you had those intentions). Not a good place if you want to cook your own food since the kitchen only had a microwave and nothing else.

Very nice hostel in the heart of Lisbon, clean rooms and common areas, extremely comfortable and big sleeping place - was just exactly what my tired body and mind where looking for! Two level beds are made extremely durable and sturdy, also with a possibility to make a private space for yourself (each has a blackout curtain). The storage place is in a shuffle boxes under the beds, very spacious and the padlock is provided on the reception.

I'm not sure if there's an A/C in the rooms, so we had to keep open the window facing the lively street, so the earplugs are highly recommended.

Not a lot of equipments but the price reflects it accurately The rooftop is great but more shade would be highly appreciate. Maybe some parasols?
