Great location, a 10-15 minute walk from most of the main sightseeing areas as well as the train station, so easy to get to and from the airport. Couple of convenience stores on the same road which was handy for buying bottled water. Good value for money and really helpful staff. Arrived before check in and was able to leave our luggage there while we went out for the day. Small fridge in the room which was just about big enough to keep a couple of big bottles of water. Street could get noisy at night but nothing too bad and my partner slept through it all! Air con in the room was very appreciated after a hot day in the city.

Overall, fantastic hotel. Loved staying here, room was amazing and would happily go back. In the central location of Bolhao the hotel is really great, set a little away from the main area but easily walkable to the old town in 10-15min down a very cute street. It was perfect for us as we spent all day exploring, came back to the hotel around 5/6 for a little nap and then headed out to dinner (all super close). The only place we had to get public transport to was the airport and the port tours which are on the other side of the river and well worth getting the train as it goes over the Dom Luis I bridge.

The only pains were: - it isn't possible to get an iron for your room, but you have to pay per garment for ironing. Given people are traveling it's really common for there to be creased clothes. Whilst of course people should be able to pay for laundry services if they wish, I would also expect to be able to iron my own items when I need to - especially when the ironing service is only available before 12 and you get your items back next day. - on the last day someone in the room above us was really stomping up and down their room for maybe an hour. Otherwise, silent.

Staff - very professional and friendly. The staff when we did check-in provided wrong information of bed type in the assigned rooms to us, so we were pretty disappointed & considered to move to another hotel. But when we entered the room, it's already well prepared as we requested - baby bed, connect two beds to make one master bed, book connecting rooms for family, etc. Enjoyed a lot during the stay.

Thin wall between rooms - hear noise from next doors and from above. But it's OK level, not too much. I didn't complain.

The staff are AMAZING, lead by a great manager called Eduardo. He leads a young team very well and we especially liked Andre and Kostas. For such a young group, they were very professional and helpful - a true credit to the hotel. Nothing is too much to ask. The hotel itself is beautiful. We had a twin room with a terrace which was lovely, but unfortunately because of the weather we couldn’t enjoy the terrace as much as we would have liked to, which was a shame. The bar is nice and decent prices for a 4* hotel. Breakfast was lovely. And the club sandwich for lunch was very nice. Great location, walking distance to the main attractions. Good WiFi. And very comfy beds.

Would have been nice if the terrace had a cover so we could have enjoyed it even in bad weather. Also hanging space in the bedroom would have been nice. These are the only reasons we took 1 point off, otherwise would have been a 10!

I liked having a room with a terrace and the full floor to ceiling windows/doors that come with it. I liked the beds and the pillows. They did a nice job specing the pillows and doing the lighting of the room and bath. It was good value for money

The buildings around it are not in a great state so it is more a place to stay and than to enjoy the nearby ambiance. Once more properties are re-done it will be more appealing. But for a two day stay in Porto, I thought it good value.

Very well-isolated rooms - we had a room directly next to the elevator yet never heard it at all. Breakfast was large and on request gluten- and lactosefree options were available and plentiful. Rooms were clean, staff was polite and friendly. Bar was open late and had a nice selection.

While the hotel is in the city center, it's still about a 10-15 minute walk away from the most important tourist area and the stops for the hop-on/hop-off busses.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally kind and helpful. Check-in and out was quick and efficient. The rooms and lobby were decorated beautifully. Bed was very comfortable with Nespresso and complementary bottles of water (additional pods and water available for purchase). The shower was huge with very good pressure and great soap and shampoo from Ritual.

The bathroom vanity is small in comparison to the huge shower. The location is on one of the main streets of Porto where there is a ton of shopping, but was not an ideal location for a younger couple looking for more of the nightlife and restaurants. For how great everything else was, and how relatively easy it is to get around by walking, this was ok.

We had a DDA room which was spacious for two people non-disabled. Having the extra space made the room feel more of a home from home. The design was lovely which I especially appreciated being a designer. We also enjoyed the complimentary extras like the soaps. The room smelt delicious too and everything was super comfortable!

How noisy it was some evenings. Appreciate this can’t be helped but there were quite a few nights listening to drunk load people screaming. Better sound proofing? A full length mirror would have been nice also. Understood you have an ironing service but for a short stay isn’t feasible and it would have been great to have a small iron available. The breakfast was lovely but the hot counter food wasn’t replenished that often so it was either cold or your got the scraps.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and pretty nice for staying there. The hotel staff and receptionists were friendly, their level of English was high. They can explain and show how to get for different spots in Porto.

It’s difficult to call a disadvantage. But still. The location of the hotel is a LITTLE BIT not close to the city center and main sights. But still it was pretty convenient and accessible to get there even in evening after whole day of walking.

Great modern room. It was very clean, comfortable. The room had a balcony, a small cradle was placed for the child. There is a coffee maker in the room, very good quality bath accessories are provided. The breakfast was lovely, good coffee and a great selection of food. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant that are open during the day, but the choice of food there is not very large. The most famous sights can be reached on foot. Nearby there are restaurants and shops

The hotel does not have parking. Public parking is very close, on the other side of the street from the hotel. However, it is very inconvenient to get luggage on emergency lights in the middle of the roadway.
