The room was very good relation price/comfort. I had booked the room with Jacuzzi and everything was clean. The bed very comfortable. The room temperature was good as well. Fairly close to the central area. The terrace coming together with the room was a nice surprise.

It was challenging going uphill while coming to the room :)

Exceptionally clean. Staff extremely helpful . They even loaned me a kettle for my room for the duration of my stay. Close to the metro.

Location was a little out. While it was located on Catarina rua it was at the furthest end of it.

Room was looking nice, bed was comfortable to sleep. Extra points for the shower which had a really good pressure to wash your hair! Hotel had a good location, not too close to the city center so that it's calm and quiet but still a walking distance.

Otherwise room was super clean, but piles of dust behind the TV which can cause a fire safety risk. Room could have a kettle to make coffee and tea, since they don't serve breakfast at the moment.

Friendly welcome and very helpful staff. The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. It was easy to find from the Metro station.

Nothing really.

The room was big, clean, had a nice mirror and was fairly quiet (except the elevator noise). The bed was comfortable. The reception guy was always friendly, and gave good recommendations about Porto. The room was cleaned everyday. The location of the hotel is great, very close to the tube station, but also walking distance from the main attractions. During the night it felt safe returning to the hotel from the river, the street was generally quiet and no one did anything that seemed unsafe. The hotel is very close to the market, shopping centre and pastry shops.

I was not a big fan of the pillows (quite big and hard), but the bed was comfortable overall. My room window was next to some outdoors stairs, and I did not feel safe leaving it open at night (although probably nothing would have happened, I am just paranoid). For some reason, the TV in my room was not connected to the cable/network, so I was not able to watch anything. There were issues with the Wifi everyday, so I ended up staying on my mobile data on roaming, which can be quite costly. I am not sure if that is a general issue, or it just happened during my visit. The advertised fitness centre is actually an elliptical machine and a chest press machine (looking a bit old) in the outdoor garden.

The room was spacious, quiet, and clean--an oasis of calm in a busy city. The bed was comfortable, and there was good water pressure in the shower--a welcome luxury after long days of travelling and tourist-ing. The staff were very nice and VERY HELPFUL in a minor emergency. When I arrived at about 5 p.m. on a Thursday, I was bringing a dental crown that had fallen out the night before. After check-in, I asked the lovely woman at the desk to recommend a dentist. She said that the hotel owner's son was a dentist, that he was in his office now, and she offered to call him. While I put my bags in my room, she called the dentist, who agreed to see me, and she phoned a cab for me. The dentist was as professional and pleasant as one could hope for. He addressed my emergency (and at an extremely reasonable rate!), and so I had no further problems for my trip.

All of the staff was MOST ACCOMMODATING altho’ some of them apologized for their English, I thought they were proficient enough for me to understand them. Their recommendations on where to eat and what to see were spot on and on my last day, Manuel helped me figure out an international shipping dilemma that had been haunting me for 4 days. I appreciated his suggestions and helping me make the best and most inexpensive decision. It’s about a 6 min. walk into the center of town and 3 mins. to Metro (much easier to use because it’s a smaller system than what I’m used in Madrid and Barcelona). The bed was comfy, room was very clean and big, the price was incredibly inexpensive and the water pressure is far better than what I have at home. The spa tub filled up in no time, never lacked hot water and was pure luxury. It really helped to wind down after a long day of sightseeing. I loved looking out the window in the morning to watch a neighbor tend to his garden.

That I had to leave🥺.

The member of staff on duty at check-in was excellent, efficient and helpful with great local knowledge and great english language skills. Rooms were clean and comfy. Parking is great if rather tight like many city centre parking areas. The city is within easy walking distance for the able bodied.

If being very fussy, the room could have been ever so slightly bigger but it was more than adequate for our needs and was mostly used just for sleeping and bathroom facilities.

Our overall experience was great- the room and the terrace were rather spacious, and the jacuzzy in the bathroom is very nice. Central location- about 20 minutes down the street is the historic center, metro station (Marques) is at a five minute walk and, perhaps, the most important- a private free parking! I really liked that there is a coffee machine in the lobby and you can buy capsules at 1.00 EUR each from the front desk (24 h open). There are also lots of vending machines very close to the hotel. The staff was really kind and helpful, too.

This is a great little hotel! Our room was spacious and comfortable, and as it was at the back of the hotel, there was no noise at all from the street. Within walking distance of the main sights.

We would have preferred somewhere with breakfast but a parking space was our priority. Having said that, there are plenty of places for breakfast nearby. It would have been nice to have had tea/coffee-making facilities in the room.
