Nice modern hotel, nice rooms with nice view. Good breakfast, nice sauna and a well equipped gym with good (Technogym) equipment. Within walking distance from a metrostop that brings you to the old city center.

Parking in the hotel is expensive (43 euro). However, we stayed in a weekend and parking in many streets around the hotel turned out to be free after Friday 22:00 hour till Monday 06:00 (we parked in the Emil-Sulzbach-Strasse).

Personal at reception are quite rude to reply questions and giving information. So we give 8 points just for personal behavior.

The hotel is very clean, staff are very nice and helpful. Perfect location if u r visiting the fair (few minutes walk). The room service food is yummy. The rooms are spacious and modern, comfortable clean beds, nice amenities in the bathroom, etc. Safe hotel u need a key to access the room floors. I was a solo traveler for business and I liked the hotel a lot.

I liked everything about the hotel. One thing maybe: the room service can sometimes take time to answer the phone you need to call many times

Large comfortable room with great view. Breakfast: Excellent breakfast with a lot of choice, from sweet to savory. Maybe a bit standard, they could propose something local. Gym: Great gym with lots of equipment. Increase the weights of the dumbbells which unfortunately stop at 14Kg, the ideal is to reach at least 22Kg.

The bedside lights flickered frequently and I had to turn them off, very annoying. The sauna should also be open in the morning, it should follow the opening hours of the gym. In the morning it is difficult to find a free and clean table to have breakfast. The cost of breakfast is really high and I don't accept eating on a dirty table.

Excellent new high-spec hotel. Nice location in a safe, affluent and quiet - but relatively central - area. Good gym and sauna facilities, nice rooms, modern bathrooms and decent toiletries, good views, everything feels clean and slick. Nice helpful staff across reception and housekeeping. Nice, respectful clientele.

The only negative of the hotel arguably is the lack of amenities nearby compared to other hotels in the city - in terms of supermarkets, cafes etc. However, it's a short walk to the U-Bahn or city centre, so this is a minor inconvenience. Also, the air conditioning in my room didn't seem to go below 19'c which was a bit warm for me!

This was my second time choosing this property, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. Situated in a convenient and vibrant area of Frankfurt, we found ourselves within easy reach of various attractions, shopping districts, and dining options. The sight of the city skyline from our room was truly captivating. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast offered by the hotel — the wide variety of fresh and flavorful options catered to all tastes and dietary preferences. From the assortment of pastries and bread to the selection of hot dishes, fruits, and beverages, there was something for everyone.

The only recommendation that I have to offer is to give the possibility to reserve a parking place during the booking process. While the hotel does provide parking facilities, it would be beneficial for guests to have the convenience of securing a parking spot in advance. This would eliminate any uncertainties or last-minute arrangements upon arrival and ensure a hassle-free experience right from the start.

The building of the hotel is a modern skyscraper, the design is modern and minimalistic. The rooms are spacious and clean. The rooftop bar offers good drinks and a nice view of the city. The breakfast was quite good

The shower head in the bathroom didn't work properly. The room service closes too early, perhaps there should be an option to grab a snack at the hotel before 00:00 The cleaning service didn't manage to clean our room before although we were out in the city till 16:00 The size of the duvet cover didn't match the ones of the blankets

Amman -lady from Reception on Level executive lounge, is amazing- very helpful and friendly. She was very professional, friendly and also hard working.

Unfortunately, on front desk when I arrived, they cannot find my reservation,which has been paid to Booking.com so they blocked/charges additional Ammount for accommodation, which has been promised to return when I will checkout.. it is already 4 days left and I still not receive funds back.

The staff treated me with the outmost respect and kindness. Best service I have ever had. The view is also the best I have seen in any hotel. The room was great and my stay in the city memorable. The Skybar is well a worth a visit and the staff there knows what they are doing and are fun to talk to. Terrific breakfast as well. This Hotel is in my opinion a a lot better than the Hilton in Prague which I visited the day before. For a lower sum! I wish Melia was an option in more cities. See you again sometime!

The outrageous parking charge we was faced with. Car parked in the underground hotel car parking. Parked for just less than 18hours, 43 euros!!!!! Please tell me how that can be justified. No warning of this on Booking. Com. Spoilt our stay which is a shame won’t be returning with our car. Has hotel guests this needs to be looked at closely. Very very disappointing!!!!!
