Amazing hotel for traveling with multiple family members. Kitchen and laundry facilities made it very easy to travel with a young child. Cot and high chair provided were very handy. Near a lot of very interesting restaurants and supermarkets that make it easy to stock up. Parks very good and walking distance, and also very close to the CBD for work and business events. Very good cleaning services, very important with a toddler.

No toothbrush included, which would be great to know beforehand. There's no on-premise dining option, which is not as crucial since there are restaurants right across the road. There was a open-bowl of oil hidden in a top cupboard which was surprising.

We booked the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom premier unit and it was excellent! The apartment was HUGE!! Everything we needed was there from a fully stacked kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, pots & pans), huge bathrooms, washed & dryer, everything!! Location is excellent with Woolworths for groceries just 1 street away. Northbridge is just 8mins walk. It’s excellent! Vishal was excellent and very very helpful!

The location while 1 street away from the high street seemed a little unsafe as it got dark. They didn’t bother us but there was a bit of screaming which scared my kids. It was very easy and central location.

The building itself was great, clean, easy to access. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly, they really did make our stay lovely. The sauna and gym were fab and a lovely touch. The room was clean, really big, comfy bed, amazing view from the balcony, good shower, good amenities (eg, kettle, microwave, fridge) and loads of storage space. Overall it was a great place to stay. Thanks to the staff for making it!

The pool isn’t heated and there was a cigarette butt in it 😬 (so if booking for the pool, maybe reconsider). It’s in the city centre but just on the rougher side, although the coffee shop across the road is amazing!

Loved it. Best location right across the road from Perth mall, and great value for money. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Clean modern comfortable rooms and great kitchen set up etc. Beautiful pool, gym. Excellent security measures and great having 24hr front reception open. Will definately stay here again.

Only fault was the cars that were Parked in a way it was really hard to drive around when trying to drive up the ramp to 2nd carpark level. Also bins in carpark were over full and not emptied for about a week. Other than that loved it here.

Reception staff were super friendly, professional and helpful. The apartment was a great size, our beds were super comfy and the hotel is within walking distance to the malls and public transport. Adina is value for money for family travel.

We recognise that Adina Barrack Plaza is budget accomodation and is value for money, however there was a terrible smell coming from the plumbing in our bathroom - easily fixed by keeping the door closed, not so great when using the bathroom. The pool and surround is welcome relief while travelling mid summer, however it is very tired and would benefit from a refresh.

Proximity to all the shopping, supermarkets and food is just a stone throw away. The 2bedrm apt we stayed in was fantastic, was expecting to see a outdated room after reading some of the reviews. Toilets were great, shower gels/shampoo provided smells great. Kitchen is clean. But come on with the laundry powder, why skimp on that when everything else is provided.

Carpark entrance is along wellington street and inconspicuous, you would miss it if you didnt keep your eyes peeled. The only apartment in our Perth stay that do not provide Laundry powder. $2 per packet can be purchased at the reception.

Very conveniently located within walking distance of Perth Station. Murray and Hay Street Malls nearby with plenty of shopping choices within walking distance. Decent range of eateries in close proximity. Room was clean and tidy, tea, coffee and micowave available. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Facilitated an early check-in and stirage of luggage. The Bar downstairs offered a nice environment to have drink watch sport and enjoy a Shisha. Food was also good with a varied menu available. Noise levels from the bar was virtually non-existent.

Not much needed improving to be honest. Other than the bed being a little too firm, all amenities provided were of a good standard. I do not believe that management could have done any better during this stay.

We were welcomed by super friendly and helpful staff who took care of our bags before check in, and very kindly delivered them to our apartment when it was ready. We were thrilled to find we had a balcony and view over the city. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The common areas were in good order and there weren't any of the unusual smells mentioned in some other reviews. The pool and sauna were a great addition to our stay. Everything we wanted to see in the city was walkable, Barrack Street was full of tasty casual restaurants, and one of the free bus lines ran past the front door. Right round the corner from the train and bus station, the museum and art galleries, and the bars and eateries of Northbridge.

The location was great, close to Northbridge and Murray Street Mall. The beds were super comfortable and spacious Housekeeping came daily and even our washing facilities in room were good too (you will need to pack/buy washing liquid pods) Singular AC unit in main area was pretty good and kept it cool

The room we had was a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom (Room 37) - one of the bedrooms along the windows was quite hot so we had to shut the curtains and it took 2 days to cool down with ceiling fan. Air circulation in all rooms are reliant on one singular AC unit in living room (this room is particular).

Staff were very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. Location is very convenient to public transport, CBS malls, art gallery and museum. Easy walking distance to ferries. Gym had expected equipment. Compact kitchen with all expected appliances. Washing machine and dryer in room.

Street is home to several sex shops, pub and gambling facilities. Noise was problematic at night if wishing to use the balcony.
