Check in was close to flawless and 5 minutes. Excellent place for relaxing, great business overnight events, memorable weddings, and for my family! Breakfast team Amber and Amber were pleasant, kind, and offered a yes we can approach to my kid requests. AGM, Mrs.Sandford, is a fantastic problem solver and super approachable. Wonderful to work with, and helped our family enjoy Niagara Falls much better. Note: RoomKey worked 1st time, each time!! We stayed 5 days. Pool area was clean, each time we used it. Parking was plentiful, and 10/Day. Interesting: Hospitality Resort. Future 4 star? The computers were ready to use, and printed the first time, each time. Resort Group. Offer an ice cream exclusive bar, only at nighttime. 10 dollars a head. Perry Ice Cream exclusive flavor for this Resort.

We liked this Resort experience. Keep more monies inside this resort by offering more presentable items on shelves, a 4 star remodel approach. Consider "showing" KID food choices to go. (A table to show families what to get. Maybe a star on a popular kid food choice.) Consider investing in newer beds for queen rooms. Consider a timed checklist for pool towels.

-Always a great price for the area -clean -cheapest parking around ($10 per car) -decent amenities -friendly, helpful staff -bar and restaurant on-site -5-10 minute drive to the falls/tourist attractions/Canada -GET A RIVERVIEW ROOM!!! The view of the river and bridge are fantastic! -nice little riverside promenade with a large yard area and firepit in the summer(watch for goose poop lol)

-pool is "heated" but in the winter months, it's like swimming in the Niagara River -elevators are a little sus, the left one doesn't level correctly, and they both take ages to come -breakfast is offered at a cost, no continental. The selection for the price is meh. It's not more than a continental breakfast for like $15 a person

Clean, friendly, accessible for my wheelchair for the most part! Close to a lot of restaurants, stores, shopping, and bars if you're interested in that, and Niagara Falls, Hard Rock Cafe, a Casino, and much much more is only about 10 minutes away!

The sink faucet has to be on blast in order to get warm or hot water that doesn't make any sense water gets everywhere! The lights between the beds look like they can only be turned on at a certain time and had to rattle them to go them to turn on, that makes no sense! Could not get to the waterfront because there is no ramp accessibility for wheelchairs! The restaurant menu is a little pricey, so I would imagine that drinks and alcohol are the same! There is only one bench outside in the front parking lot area for people to sit on!

Everything. I have travelled around the world for many years and was meeting a friend I had not seen in nearly 30 years. I found you online through three different sites but chose Booking.com. My friend thought the pool could have been a little warmer for March. Other than that nothing Although I do wonder why paying guests have to pay for parking. Not used to that idea

We booked well in advance so got a great rate for this hotel, even when taking into consideration the parking fees. We used the hotel as a base to explore Buffalo and Niagara Falls - easy access to both! Our room was a good size, clean, with large comfortable beds. The room had a fridge and pod coffee machine (when we checked in ours was missing the coffee machine - no worries, the staff on reception were quick to bring up a brand new machine). Plenty of storage for clothing. TV with plenty of channels, decent WiFi throughout (room and common areas). We like the bathroom layout, basin in the room, shower and toilet separate - it makes it so much easier for two to get ready! Rooms weren't serviced daily, but you could notify reception the night prior for service. We didn't need it over our 4 night stay, just requesting top-ups on soap and shampoo. We used the laundry facilities - they're at the basement level and we found they were clean and well maintained. We didn't bring bathers so didn't use the pool, and did plenty of walking while sightseeing so didn't need the fitness centre ;-) There were some nice spaces scattered around the common areas (the lobby, basement level) where people could sit and relax, or catch up with friends. We ate breakfast at the hotel one morning. A-la-carte was not offered as the hotel was at capacity, instead the breakfast buffet was available at US$14.95++ each (plus tax, plus tip). We enjoyed the breakfast offering - bacon, eggs, French toast, potato, sausages, meat patties, toast, yoghurt, waffle maker... A good start to the day. We didn't have dinner at the hotel but did enjoy a couple of glasses of wine out on the waterfront patio area - it was lovely! We got a great sunset over the Niagara River and the North Grand Island bridge.

Nothing, we enjoyed our stay. The location worked for us. The hotel had all the facilities we needed for a good stay. The staff we interacted with were professional, polite, and overall friendly.

Well my room had the River view so it was amazing and the bed was very comfortable and everything was nice clean I Loved it very much ❤️

It was worth my money for sure and and the property also has a restaurant on the first floor and for breakfast they offer you a buffet or you can pick a breakfast from the menu and they also serve lunch and dinner plus they have a bar for those who like that so it’s a win win for all plus the property has a good size pool as well 🩷

Good view of the river. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Staff was really nice and very helpful.

Overpriced for what it is. One of the two elevators was broken which wasn’t great for bringing all the stuff that I had up to the room (moving cross-country and needed to take the stuff off my roof rack overnight). Dead, smashed centipede on the ceiling from before our stay was a little creepy. Also spiders in the room on the 4th floor somehow. There were small pieces of trash from previous guests (a clothing tag, some other things) that my dog somehow was finding in corners/under the sink/etc so obviously not completely cleaned.

Its only a few minutes drive away from the niagara state park and a 7 eleven is close by incase you need something. The room was clean and the pillows were super comfortable. It’s nice that the pool stays open until 11pm and its heated. There’s a restaurant in the hotel but have limited option but the prices was reasonable. The staff were very nice and fast to respond when you need something done.

They charge $10/ night for parking even tho your staying at the hotel. The room AC have a fishy smell when you turn it on and off. June is probably sand fly mating season because there were a lot in the parking lot, but nothing the hotel can do since it part of nature, just keep your mouth close when you walk to your car

The hotel itself was clean and tidy and the receptionist was OK not overly friendly but efficient . In the restaurant the staff were great and the meal was lovely...

The room was not clean the bed looked like it had been slept in, the mattress protector was totally the wrong size for the bed too small ..the surfaces were sticky and stained and there was a used coffee pod in the coffee machine....After going to complain at reception a very nice lady came to inspect, she was the supervisor and she too was not happy with how the room had been left for new visitors...she cleaned the room and changed all the bedding and brought us more tea & coffee making pods etc Beware also they charge $10 per day to park your car? Why I've no idea...

I loved the view and the jacuzzi tub. The beds were comfortable with very soft pillows. The amenities were very nice and clean as well. We enjoyed dining out on the patio with food from the restaurant that was very delicious. We would have loved some time in the pool but we did not have the time with how late we arrived in the day. The continental breakfast was a good price with plenty of options.

Parts of the room needed some cosmetic updates. There were some chipped tables and peeling paint. The jacuzzi tub was randomly turning off and on when no one was using it. The bathroom sink had a very slow drain and you could barely wash your hands without it filling. The vent in the bathroom carried voices from somewhere else in the building and you could plainly hear someone's conversation.
