It was quiet and perfectly located around restaurants and locals shops.

facilities are run down and the pool can use cleaning. The carpet in the rooms were stained. When we checked in the systems were going through an update we paid upfront and as we were driving home a rude receptionist who spoke over me would not listen that we had paid and our bank was showing the transaction. All she cared about is that she did not have the form of payment in her records. Basically customer comes last. Emailed them our bank statement after they made us feel like we left without paying.

Spacious suite, large living room and a comfortable super kingsize bed. The shower was excellent. The breakfast was basic but more than adequate.

The rooms are a little worn but that's not a big deal. We got a suite with balcony but that turned out to be an overkill. It's not worth paying the extra money for because it overlooks the parking lot and Washington Street in the front although in the backdrop you do see rolling hills. My suggestion is to go for the simple king suite, which will be more than adequate.

Every comfortable and clean as always!!!

kitchenette was not stocked properly as it usually is. Room was missing utensils such as spoons plates etc.

The staff were very nice, the breakfast was good, and the hotel was clean. I have stayed here many times and it's a very comfortable hotel overall.

I hate their coffee pot - it spills all over and I would prefer a Keurig so I could buy coffee I like and not have a mess. The bed in my room was older and not as comfortable as I would have liked.

The room set up was super cute. Very spacious bathroom and kitchenette came in handy. The bed itself was super comfy. Breakfast buffet was delicious and exceeded my expectations. Biscuits and gravy were killer! Wish I had served myself seconds. Yum! The staff were so kind and personable. Made the experience as well.

Only thing to mention was that our fridge did not Close completely and did not keep cold.

The breakfast was great. It was nice to have that included.

I arrived 2 minutes late after the time when breakfast ended and one of the workers allowed one person to go in and closed the breakfast and didn’t allow me in even though I was right behind the other person. I thought that was rude and unprofessional.

Breakfast was hot and ready. Our room had lots of space to settle in. Close to the venue(IWTG). Many restaurants available in close proximity.

Tried to use the business center. Computer and printer were not communicating. Had to email the front desk so they could print the document I needed. Also, our thermostat kept going on and off and we had some difficulty figuring it out(thank goodness for google)

Property and pool are great.

The pull out bed wasn’t made up for our children, even though we had stated we would be four, and front desk staff had us walk to lobby late evening to get linens and deal with it ourselves which was a bit of a bummer since we’d already changed into our PJs before we realized the bed had no linens. Pillows were not comfortable, no support.

My room was clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was beyond expectations and more than accommodating. The sitting room and the bedroom both had a TV, which was convenient. Two thumbs up. Bravo!

I would have preferred eliminating the mask mandate. I know it's not the fault of the hotelier. The gym was very small and the free weights were limited to max of 50lb dumb bells. It could use a universal machine, as there was no tri-cep equipment. I noticed that three guests using it at the same time was very crowded.

Ample parking, large room with kitchen and sofa etc., big fridge, large bed, sink separate from toilet and shower, large shower, balcony, fair price, nice outer appearance with flowers etc., great complimentary breakfast on real plates (scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, melon, juice…) … altogether very, very nice!

Fan in bathroom didn’t work, TV had some issues every couple of minutes
