The staff was very patient and helpful the women at the front desk and the man working with her on the 23rd of March around 3 pm were very understanding and did not make my very unusual situation more stressful instead the nice woman gave my boyfriend a taco from her lunch and helped diffuse what could have been a stress filled outburst and calmed the situation without even knowing she was doing that great staff for that always highest marks that women deserves a raise her customer service skills are above and beyond

It is a value motel that gets the job done. We stayed one night, the rooms were clean, the beds were good, easy to sleep on after an 8 hour drive. I was hoping for something more plush in the bed but I would have had to pay almost a couple hundred a night. Parking area had plenty of cameras and the shower/bath was nice and hot.

No microwave on the room.... the microwave was in the laundry room. The bed could have been more plush. The A/C unit worked after the maintenance man had to do a couple things.

Nice room, staff were friendly and it was a good location with several places to eat close by.. Also some shopping areas with a major one only 5 minutes away. Also close to the freeway for trips a bit further away.

My room was right by the freeway which was very noisey. I had stayed there before but this time I had an injury and had tlo walk quite a way to the elevator, but all that could be fixed with a different room. I would not hesitate to come back again.

Need More Handicapped Parking Spaces. Exhaust Fan in the Bathroom Light Fixture Sounds Too Noisy. Prefer Microwave Inside Rooms and Outlets on both sides of the Beds to charge phones & laptops more easily. Time to Replace Towels, Worn Thin by Longterm Usage.

This is a great place to stay. I come back every time I'm in the area. The rooms are spacious and feel like home. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are also a number of eating places close by.

It was clean and quiet regardless of it being right off the highway. The front desk was extremely helpful especially considering the time of check-in. There’s security at the property and we didn’t have no issues whatsoever. Hotel is also walking distance to food and stores.

I have no complaints aside from being difficult to find entrance to parking lot. If not from this area it’s good to follow maps exact info and pay close attention to the feet and distance of entrance or you will miss it and go around in a circle a few times.

The staff is excellent. My TV didn't work and they replaced it fast. The maintenance guy is excellent

The entire place needs to be bleached, fumigated then remodeled. The 2nd worst part of this place are many of the guests. They're beyond respectful and lots of domestic issues. Not the cream of the crop is putting it mildly.

I love the guest service representatives and the space and comfort of rooms and beds.

More towels and to make sure all body wash, shampoo/conditioner and lotion bottles are full. The last two times staying, all were empty.
