I read the reviews and was kind of on the fence if we should stay. Glad I did. Stayed in room 221 and was amazed how clean and roomy it was. Someone had posted different pictures that didn't seem flattering, and on another a person has written how nasty the room was. Trust me when I say it was no where near nasty. We stayed three nights and the king Size bed was so comfortable. I left the maids a hefty tip.. Everyone that gets this type of room in today's post covid should let people working know how much we appreciate them. We will be back..

One thing was in the sink where the top drain hole is needs to be cleaned or replaced. It's full of some type of gunk and it's in room 221

The beds were super comfortable and the hot breakfast each morning were great! It was a nice sized suite for two adults and three kids! It was also so close to the beach! The front desk staff were super friendly and having pool floaters available to use was awesome!

There were no utensils that we could find in the kitchen. Also, there was a dead roach And assorted bugs in the kitchen light fixture. It also would be nice if there were more hooks to hang towels and a few more chairs to sit and eat at the kitchen counter.

The staff were helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the area and things to do. They didn't hesitate to answer my questions or to call and check on an activity for me. The room was like a small apartment, very clean and spacious. Was a great location and just a nice little walk to the beach. Breakfast was awesome! If we needed anything like towels ect..just asked. Even at 11pm at night for 2 nights the people in the room below us had a dog an it wouldn't stop barking, I called the desk and the gentleman at the desk took quick care of the situation. Finally got some sleep..not one to complain, but some people think they r the only ones in the whole place!

The couch was a bit hard, had to sit on pillows. The barking and inconsiderate person below us letting there dog bark all night. But manager took care of it quickly. Didnt do any cooking but could have been a bit more in silverware, other than that everything was great!

The location is amazing, and not far from the beach. The pool at this facility is also great, espfor children. Every staff member I met was very friendly,and always working hard. Breakfast was always tasty and fresh. The bed was insanely comfortable, and the furnishings were good for the family.

Not enough towels available to switch out,and hard to switch out sheets. No brooms in the rooms, so hard to clean up the sand.

Very spacious for a family of 5. Great location on jeckyll island to explore the beaches. Nice pool

Self catering apartment ..but literally nothing inside. No cups, cutlery, plates etc and so this was very limiting for a family travelling from UK and so had nothing with us. Dislike all the disposable items at breakfast really goes against the plastic polution that your turtle sanctuary and the island in general is trying to discourage.

Very nice place. Had a suite that was very spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nice little kitchen with dishes and cookware. Staff was helpful and friendly. I was traveling with 2 rambunctious dogs and the hotel was very accommodating. Convenient free parking. We were across the street from the beach so it was a short walk and the beach was gorgeous and dog friendly. Free breakfast with outdoor seating. Vegan options are sparse on the island so if you're vegan leaning I'd suggest bringing some of your own food. Room had full sized fridge and cooktop. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

it was very clean, convenient because it was close to the beach, the pool was a good size with plenty of seating around it. It has an elevator for the second floor and it was easy to get around. breakfast was good with a lot of options. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The size of the suite was great and kitchen had everything we needed it was great choice. Definitely going back.

Nothing really everything was great.

The hotel was close to the beach and our room was nice when we arrived.

We stayed for three days in the king suite and no one came to see if we needed the garbage removed or extra towels. The bathroom also had some ventilation issues because our towels didn’t dry out well in the bathroom. Lastly, the internet service was not working properly in our room. A router could have made this better.

We loved the place it was perfect.

There was a big group for the golf tournament, I guess. They were at the pool drinking until way after the pool was closed and early in the morning. They were loud and cussing. My kids couldn't go enjoy the pool at night at all.

Breakfast was very good. Clean room, nice staff. Location was fantastic.

The air conditioner blew on our heads while in bed.n this made us very congested. As it turned out we thought perhaps we caught Covid and to decrease risk to anyone else we checked out Friday am to return hom e to Hilton Head Island where we tested and in fact had contracted Covid. I tried to take advantage of the free cancellation early Friday am but was told we had to contact the third party we booked with. I did not have your number but would love assistance with this.
