Very friendly staff, shuttle service to airport was terrific , phenomenal breakfast, large and comfortable room.

The room we were in was a corner room next to staff supply closet . Very noisy from 9:00 am on. The cleaning staff slamming doors all day ( no fault of their own) just in and out getting supplies for all of the rooms. Some of the staff like to listen to music while they clean as well which I don’t blame them but we could hear the music, their conversations and the constant door slamming was startling

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and suited our purpose for a clean place to sleep. They serve a free hot breakfast which included biscuits and gravy, sausage, an egg scramble, and pancakes that were made on a neat little machine. The pancake mixture ran out and a helpful member of the kitchen staff replaced it quickly and showed us how to use the machine.

The space for the breakfast was small and quickly got crowded. That was not the fault of any of the staff members obviously.

The breakfast was good, could have used some bananas. Waffles and pastry was good. The location worked for us was easy to access. The location was close to what appeared to be a homeless warming shelter, so there was some transient foot traffic, but no problems.

Bed was a little firm, but the room was clean. Could have possibly used some additional sound insulation in the construction, but it wasn't too bad.

Wanted something convenient with Bozeman airport. Quality Inn was that and met all our expectations.

There wasn't anything I would say we didn't like. A lot of sketchy RVs and campers on the street by Quality that seemed like probably belonged to construction workers in the area. But certainly not Quality's fault.

The Staff was amazing. We had an issue with our reservation and they did everything to rectify the matter. The individual at the front office was understanding and professional. They went out of their way to make our situation a pleasant one.

Consistent quality in room and bedding. Location is easily accessible off the interstate.

Due to nearness of interstate, there is high road noise. I cancelled it with earplugs and ran the in room air, then enjoyed a great night’s sleep.

This was one of the cleanest hotels that I have ever stayed in. The staff obviously takes great pride in their building. The breakfast was hot,fresh,and delicious all the way up the end everyday.

Definitely exceeded my expectations. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well set up. Most importantly the hotel was clean throughout. Very satisfied with my stay,

The website listed a hot tub. It had been filled in so the info needs updated.

It would be a bit nicer if one could eat the breakfast on normal plates and with metal cutlery instead of all plastic. It is a small investment and it really pays off :) The lighting in the room could also be a bit better
