The staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating

The hotel and rooms were very clean.parking was a problem when we got back from a concert we had to park 3 blocks away because the garage was closed. One of the staff was leaving for the day and she prompted us to go get our car and take her parking space,she didnt have to do that but it speaks volumes about the kind of people u employ and we will be staying the again whenever we come to Philly

Room was super clean Food was great staff was super helpful would stay there again Everything was near by And staff accommodated me with whatever o had of needs Nice quiet clean room and good area to stay

How clean the place was and the complimentary breakfast was great.

I had made several requests for towels to be brought to my room, but didnt received them until the next day. Also, on the morning of checkout the guy at the front desk was rude and the attendant who seves the breakfast made me wait 15 minutes for her to refill the sramble eggs pan. The staff makes this place become the best place to stay. They need to work on their customer service skills. My 1st and 2nd day interacting with staff was very pleasant, but the last day interaction wasn't so good. Overall, very nice place to stay when visiting Philadelphia, very clean. Even the parking was tolerable. I would stay again.

located close to the center of town. they allowed us to check in at 1:30am after making the last-minute reservation at 1am. the king bed was extremely comfortable, we slept very well. Paris the manager was very polite and helpful and made us feel welcome.

our room was on the 7th floor and the one and only elevator that went to the 7th floor was really slow. also there wasn’t a microwave in the room.

The property was very nice. it was clean, the room was clean, the linen etc was clean with no stains. it was very nice.

The only issue I didn’t like was not with the property but with policy. my stay was only for overnight, yet I was charged for the incidental fee which equaled the same cost of the room. while I understand it is only a hold, when dealing with certain circumstantials, the hold should be waived. A solo traveler who’s stay is only for a few hours how much wrecking of a room can be done… Larger branded hotel established, ones I have stayed in, have been flexible by waving the incidental hold.

The beds were comfy, tv was good and the night desk professional was always so kind and welcoming!! Very clean, decent shower. It was a very comfy stay!!

Not their fault...but solo travelers bring your pepper spray outside to smoke. It's a little iffy...and a very sad situation for our fellow humans. Wish they had earlier check in or later check out.

The entire experience was AMAZING and very smooth from start to finish. But the icing on the cake is the staff! They are just fabulous!! A special shoutout to Felicia who was at the reception. Her service was impeccable! She was warm, friendly, always ready to help and gave the best recommendations for places to eat and sight see during our visit! Bonus points for the great breakfast and 24X7 coffee availability. 10/10 to this hotel and their staff! Can't wait to visit again and stay there again :)

I especially liked several things. Because I don't know the Philly public transportation system, I had to take cabs. I came to Phil. to visit 3 museums: The Philadelphia Museum of Art, The Barnes Collection, and the Penn Museum. Cab rides to the hotel were never more than $10 (including tip). So for museum-going this is a good choice if you don't know the transit system and don't have time to learn. I LOVED the breakfast. I was expecting some pre-packaged pastries or cold cereal, but WOW. I got real scrambled eggs, pork sausage, some excellent healthy REAL bread that I toasted myself using their nifty toaster. I'm addicted to Starbucks coffee and theirs was nowhere near that quality, but drinkable. There were other choices available as well as orange juice, but this is what I chose. It vastly exceeded my expectations.

It takes the hot water a long time to heat up. I was terrified that their boiler had broken (there was a snowstorm that night) and called the desk. I was told that it was okay, and that it eventually would heat up. And it did.

Everthing.

No sausage in the morning for breakfast. I don't even think they put any out. Front desk lady couldn't tell us where we could get beer from. I get it they had a bar and she was probably hoping we would grab a drink there. Beer store was just around the corner.

The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was excellent. The staff was helpful and kind. The hotel was within walking distance to everything we had planned to do.

The window had no view other than the building right next to it and the maintenance hallway. So there was no natural lighting either.
