Canopy By Hilton Philadelphia Center City

Location was excellent!! Near to lots of shopping and transit. Central location was ideal and walkable to sights that interested my group. There were lots of charging options in my room…. they even had a surge protector behind the nightstand!!

The room, though modern and updated was very dusty. The vent in the ceiling was super dusty as was the filter inside of the vent. While I loved that there was a surge protector behind the nights tand, I had to clean so much dust from behind the night stand it was crazy; I even found an old packet of mayonnaise behind there. Staff needs to pay better attention to dusting the rooms.

The staff could not have been friendlier and I loved that there was a glass milk bottle in our room that we could fill using the filtered water machine near the elevator bank. This was such a great touch! Bed and pillows were also really comfortable.

We were in Philly for our son’s college graduation weekend so I have to assume other graduations were happening and because of the influx of people prices were higher than normal. Our room was very small for the price which is the only thing that bothered us.

The staff was welcoming and very personable. The room where I stayed was clean, and I enjoyed the design and how modern the hotel was. We ended up having breakfast, which the food was delicious. Our server was phenomenal! Thank you for the outstanding service. I look forward to coming back.

I Paid extra for a room with a view of the city, but the room's location made it nearly impossible to enjoy the view due to all the buildings. That was the only downfall. Other than that, everything else was great!

starting with the Valet staff to the Desk, to the Bartender, everyone was very helpful and enthusiastic. special shout out to the bartender who made special requests and who was working fast and furious but remained calm and enjoyable. beds were very comfortable. this is an old building and the upgrades were great. but if you want brand new and spacious this is not for you!

while the aesthetic of barn doors is nice and on trend- i prefer a traditional bathroom door that shuts tightly! not only was it loose fitting, leaving a gap around the frame, the slider was a huge finger pinching hazzard.

I have such amazing things to say about this hotel. the hotel property was absolutely stunning and in the perfect location relative to everything you needed for a short stay. the staff were amazing and accommodating. they were incredibly respectful, helpful, and kind. the hotel was walking distance to the market , convention center, all great bars, restaurants and stores, & the BEDS WERE SO COMFORTABLE!!!!!!! had everything you needed in the hotel room. Valet was a great and overall 100% amazing great experience. I will absolutely utilize Canopy at Hilton when I return next year.

the ONLY thing I’d have to say I didn’t care for was the water in the shower. it was really harsh and drying on my skin and hair, but that’s minimal compared to everything else this hotel has to offer!

Beautiful bar and restaurant that was open and inviting space (not dark or clubby feel). Spacious bathroom. Close to Reading Market and PHlash bus stop #4. PHlash is a GREAT way to get around important sites; free for seniors and $5 for full day for other adults. Hotel is near great restaurant area (try Prunella or Darling Jack’s for upscale food at reasonable prices). We really enjoyed the warm and gracious vibe of the hotel.

Nothing - just a bit pricey but worth it for three nights

It was wonderful! The location was perfect. We came as Phillies fans, but wanted to also do some shopping and sightseeing with our daughter. 15 minute ride to the stadiums, a 5 minute walk to Reading Terminal Market (if you love AMAZING food). The staff was incredible - super friendly and helpful. We arrived early, and our room wasn’t ready yet. They stowed our luggage, and texted when our room was ready. Will absolutely be a repeat customer.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

This hotel is beyond my expectation. I went to Philadelphia several times. Usually stay in downtown. This was the best experience. The room designed good . Ceiling is high , maybe around 12ft. Very clean . Even the bathroom close to gym. Another amazing thing is the breakfast. So good and healthy . I'm not a fan of buffet breakfast. In Canopy , you can see how healthy from the breakfast menu. Will definitely recommend to my friends and will definitely go there again. Thank you !

Clean room, nice high ceiling in room, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location to restaurants and points of interest around the city.

Expensive parking, mattress was on the soft side, toilet paper dispenser inconveniently attached too far back in a tight corner on the wall shared with the glass shower stall - almost had to turn 180 degrees to get toilet paper (should place the dispenser on the opposite wooden wall with plenty of space)

The central location and the view from our room was excellent. I loved the bathroom. Staff (front desk and doormen) were friendly and helpful.

We had a little trouble finding a way onto Ludlow initially because of the maze of one way streets, but that is operator error and not hotel's fault. There was a man's shirt left on the floor behind the television stand, so maybe a little more attention paid to checking room in order.
