The hotel room was very clean, the mattress was comfortable, and the baby crib was provided in time, but there was no tableware in the room. I called the front desk, and the tableware was quickly delivered. The service was very good. We stayed in room 910,on Sunday, the 18th. We left the tip for the housekeeping, but when we came back in the afternoon, we found that she didn't take it away, and she was still cleaning in the next room. So I asked why she didn't take a tip, and she said that the hotel trained them, if the guest didn't leave a message for them, they can't take anything in the room. The experience was great. The training and management of the hotel is very good

Everything was relatively clean and orderly. The hotel is making great strides to modernize itself as far as how it operates. for example: scanning the QR code to get the hotel menu.

The shower door kept sliding open. I think this was due to the shower base not being installed flat because water would pool on the side that the door kept sliding to. This is despite the floor being angled and designed to not have water pool. The Mattress/ mattress cover had a very noticeable stain under the main sheet. The comforter and sheets were torn. I am guessing its because they're old/ have been used a lot. I stayed at the Loews hotel in Kansas City and this was far from a similar experience.

The location is great near the train station from the airport and close to the town hall and independence hall. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. We had dinner at the restaurant where the food was very good and the service excellent. In the morning you could have a coffee and a pastry just at the lobby at PJ's café; the lady who served us is very kind and professional (the second day we were day, she remembered what we ordered the day before). The check in and check out process was very quick and efficient.

Just a small detail, the AC at the lobby is very high so if you're like me sensitive to the cold, bring a jacket.

I liked my room a lot! Also, when I learned after leaving I'd left my iPad in a dresser drawer, the Security Staff went out of their way to track it down from housekeeping... It was not ready for me as promised the next day BUT the Mgr. tracked down the Ipad and my belongings.

I find it UNACCEPTABLE that a hotel charging $370 a night DOES NOT OFFER DAILY HOUSEKEEPING!!!! When I returned at the end of my day and phoned the front desk, I was told: "You need to request daily housekeeping..." I requested but was told housekeeping had gone home. I listened the next day while waiting for my returned items. Not one check-in attendee told a guest he/she needed to request daily housekeeping! A real turn-off re returning to Loews, even though the room was lovely.

I liked how clean everything was in our room as well as the lobby. The elevator was improved since my last visit years ago. All accommodations were met in our room. The staff, especially the security which was unfortunatly needed, treated us like family with care and compassion.

The coffee maker in our room was filled with old coffee grounds we did not use it. Our stay wasnt long enough for us to honestly care. We were also told by valet staff that we NEEDED to use the valet parking only instead of self park,which was extremely inconvenient for us. There was an open drink in the back seat left because we needed to vacate the car immediately after pulling into valet garage the drink was knocked out of the cup holder and spilled all over the back of our cars back seat. The pool was also emptied which was a bummer (it was april so no complaints here)

location was convenient, central to many different attractions and venues, it was well-appointed, and the personnel were friendly & helpful.

while the restaurant was lovely for special occasions, the casual dining space wasn’t large enough to accommodate more than 20-30 people, causing me/my party to have to look outside the property for dining options.

The staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The coffee shop was convenient. Valet parking was a good experience.

Did not like the protest that was going on outside of the entrance.

excellent location walking distance to so many sites, restaurants and shopping. Spacious, comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, good shopper, great staff, and reasonably priced.

there wasn’t a small restaurant or dining area for a breakfast inside of the hotel. I can’t eat gluten and the breakfast choice in The Pod cafe was limited to only a tub of oatmeal. I was not ready to go outside of the hotel just yet so found it very inconvenient. this might prevent me from booking future work trips here. also the carpet was being redone in the lobby so it took away from the welcoming feeling you usually get upon walking in to a hotel. It was just bad timing and future guests will be able to enjoy it but unfortunately for me it felt very dull walking into the hotel.

the hotel was very clean and all the staff were really nice. I like the fact that the hotel was close to pretty much everything.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay parking at the hotel even tho I was a guest there, plus nobody told me I was being charge for every night I stayed there.

Location was great for the Flower Show and for performance of Philadelphia Orchestra. The Bank and Bourbon restaurant at the hotel was extremely good. Lovely food, imaginatively prepared.

Issue with room air filter, which we addressed with the front desk. It was resolved to our satisfaction.
