There were lots of things to like about the hotel. The staff was courteous. When I first arrived, one gentleman went out of his way to help me find my way to the conference center so I could register for my conference before the booth closed for the evening. The staff was always eager to help. The food in the restaurant and the bar was very good and I found the beds to be pretty comfortable.

I had a view of the roof out of my window but not everyone can have a nice view so it was not a big deal. I was not in the room very much. Free WIFI would have been nice but I didn't need it bad enough to pay for it.

Location great & nice big room & comfy bed. Also the room cleaner, Esther, was especially kind and efficient. Main desk very welcoming too and happy to extend my checkout by 30 minutes. Loved the large spa-like shower head.

1. had to ask twice at main desk for staff to remove large clear plastic bag of garbage outside room 926 which seemed to be from room service meal. It was still there in the morning. Then removed along with two paper bags of trash left next to trash can in elevator area. 2. 9th floor ice machine broken. 3. Main desk should explain/remind that elevator will not go up until you hold your room key on the security sensor above the buttons. But not necessary when headed down.

Internet access. Don’t mind paying for service if I didn’t have it. But to be blocked out in hotel and have to travel outside building to check emails is crazy. Just on principle didn’t pay the 16.99 fee

The staff was amazing and very helpful. I was there during a fairly packed event happening in the hotel that I was not aware of but it did not dampen my mood at all.

The property itself is fairly big and it appears that the entrance has still not been updated on Google or any other map apps since it will redirect you to the closed entrance. There doesn't appear to be much space in the valet garage so be prepared to find another place to park.

Fantastically placed for the main sites in Philli. My travel was work based which meant we were always travelling against the traffic which made our commute simple and less stressful. The hotel staff are attentive and friendly. The gym has a great range of equipment. The pool was a little on cool side but that’s good to keep you moving. The building varies from modern well presented areas and in need of an update. A beautiful Art-deco structure (as is most of the buildings in the district) with many original features. Food is available from the main restaurant and shop but for an exceptional selection of foods do try the Reading Terminal Market next door.

Some of the decor is a little tired. The swimming pool changing rooms are pretty poor.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, and the ease of check in. My friends and I appreciated that the check in age was 18+, we are 20 and could not find a decent place to stay.

I did not like the valet parking, which adds a huge fee on top of paying for the room; but that just what its like in the city. The water pressure was not ideal but was bearable.

Courteous staff, convenient location with bridge to convention center, and clean room.

Room was sweltering hot regardless of thermostat setting. Couldn't sleep all night due to the heat. Finally had to prop the door open in the morning to get air. We did not request service as it seems to be a common issue with other rooms as well but we did mention it at checkout. Pillows seemed firm but flattened quickly.

Probably the most convinient localisation in Philly. We booked at 50% promo, so the price Was bargain. Hotel is a classic Mariott so everything is in the right place! Nice and big lobby bar. Many, many options for 'day off' and staying at the hotel.

The main entrance (by the google maps) Was closed (probably all time feature). It Was little confusing and complicated due to intense and nervous traffic in the centre od Philly, to find the right way. The price of parking at the hotel Was pretty high, so we decide to park at public parking 'not quite near by' for 1/10th of price.

located right on the boardwalk the room that we are in as a pull out bed in first room partial kitchen with a microwave refrigerator in between and bathroom in between little small And then double beds in the second room the everything could use a little updating but it’s a Beach hotel and it’s pretty perfect for that !!! everything is clean the beds are comfortable Pizza place and restaurant right next-door and connected to the hotel. you really can’t ask much more for the price that we paid The location is perfect!
