The apartment was quite cozy. It had all the essentials for our stay. The bed was very comfortable. Slept quite well all through our stay. The hot breakfast though simple was adequate. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We were given a free early check in. There was an onsite gym. Hotel was quiet and clean

the rooms should have a broom and dustpan since cleaning is once a week. I wish the pool was not an outdoor one so we could not swim as it was freezing. Parking should be free. It was $10 per night

This appears to have been a Residence Inn at some point. I give it an excellent rating with the understanding that it is not a 5 star luxury hotel. For what I wanted price wise and convenience wise, it was excellent. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot and strong, housekeeping stayed away until I wanted them, breakfast was great, location was near my son who lives in medical district. I didn't use the cooking appliances but the big fridge was great for storing cold drinks and leftovers.

The couch was not very comfortable but I barely sat on it. Don't think it would be comfortable to sleep on had we had an extra guest. Typically, I don't like hotels where the door to the room leads to the outside but I hadn't realized this was one of those when I booked it, and I did feel safe during my stay.

Customer service was great! “Pickles” at the front desk helped us navigate an issue at checkin caused by Booking.com. She was very helpful and personable! The breakfast had a good variety and was filling. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. A quick car ride from downtown.

The surrounding neighborhood was a little worrisome. If I was a woman traveling alone or with children I would be concerned about the area. The outside of the building needs some repairs but didn’t effect the quality of our room/stay. The sound of traffic from the highway is loud. If you need complete quiet to sleep, this will be an issue!

We got everything needed. Price is affordable. Clean room. No additional fees except for parking. Also, there are a pool and a basketball court with one basket at the central yard. That was lovely.

Somewhat meagre breakfast, but for the US it's more like standard one, so it's okay. Also, there is quite some noise from the neighboring highway, so be ready for that.

The location was a super easy little drive (1+ mile) to the UTSW Medical campus. The suite was very nicely laid out, and the king size bed was exceptionally comfortable! We had water dripping through our bathroom fan (children splashing a lot in bathtub above). Even though it was evening, the maintenance man came immediately and took care of it! Breakfast was good, although we would have liked at least one other hot option than only scrambled eggs (ie potatoes, bacon/sausage, waffles) The dining area is kept very clean and wellstocked. The lady in charge was friendly and helpful.

The garbage container under the kitchen sink was very tiny. It really needs a larger one, as it fills up with just a few items of trash. OUTSIDE The outdoor areas/landscape around the many buildings has not been well maintained. Walks are not kept swept, some with gravel strewn across them. The ground floor entry wells to units were noticeably in need of cleaning and painting. The walkways from the furthest buildings to the main building (breakfast) are not covered so we got pretty wet in the rain. We later realized that the walks probably also get intensely hot in the summertime without shade/covering.

Breakfast was great. Our room was very clean, with the exception of a prior guests slippers left under the bed. Extra towels, toilet paper, etc was easily accessible. The staff was EXCELLENT. Every single employee we encountered was fabulous.

My only complaint was the heat of our water. It would be hot for about 3 minutes and then turn cold. That wasn't pleasant at all. Hopefully that issue will be resolved by the time we come back in the fall. (We were in room 533)

The staff were very helpful and lovely, the location is great as it's quite but very central. Beds were very big and comfortable. Very clean. Kids enjoyed the pool and pancakes every morning for breakfast. I would recommend staying here when visiting Dallas.

Our room was perfect for the amount of people. Kids loved the pool area and the employee, Art, was super helpful and pleasant.

In a rough neighborhood, lots Of homeless. The pool was kinda run down, broken basketball backboard.

Room’s we’re nice. Could use updating, but it was decent.

Paid parking. Was told we wouldn’t be charged for parking. But they charged me away.

I really enjoyed my stay. 🙂 As soon as I walked into the office to check in I was greeted. The staff answered all of my questions and the room was amazing. It was clean, spacious, and the bed was super comfortable!☺️
