I have stayed here twice because it is close to the Pearson Vue testing center. I mostly love their pillows! They have hot breakfast and the facility is clean and always smells good. There was a younger Hispanic man at the front desk who helped me both times I’ve stayed here and he’s always super nice and professional. Staying here as a young single female I feel comfortable in the hallways. I’ve stayed other places in El Paso that were kind of sketchy and I like that they have indoor hallways and good lighting in the parking lot. Their website says the deposit hold fee is $100 but I was only charged $50. They’re always good about returning my fee.

My first room a few years ago was pretty nice. My room this time had some issues like broken tile, holes in the walls, my sink drained so slow that it would fill up while I was using it. It wasn’t closed or anything. The shower rod was falling down. This meant that the shower curtain wouldn’t close right and water was all over the floor every time I took a shower. I did find someone else’s hair in my bed, looked like a beard hair… let’s hope. Not a huge deal for me but it would probably gross some people out.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was soothing on very hot days. Loved it!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍😍I want to stay there again!!! The staff was very friendly and the cookies are delicious too with the lemon water.

Everything was great! It was very clean and comfortable. I would only recommend more cold cereal for breakfast and plain milk. Other than that, it was OUTSTANDING! I would recommend that hotel to anyone I know. It’s one of the BEST!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and reasonably quiet. Good location. Pillows in the room were great.

I don't really have any dislikes or complaints truly, however I will say that once they are able to complete a remodel that i believe this hotel will be an excellent location. Seems to be well managed and cared for properly.

Location was great, Very Quiet. Breakfast was great dining room was very clean. The person in charge of breakfast was very Friendly courteous.

Unable to see out of the window. The window in the room has not been cleaned in years. The furniture was falling apart. The metal sweep at the bottom of the bathroom door was coming off. I notified three employees. It was never fixed in the 3 days we stayed there.

Quiet, easy to find, clean room, fridge and microwave

Carpets were a bit worn especially lobby area, heater in our room did not work.

We forgot something very important and they were very helpful. They kept it there safe until we were able to pick it up. Thankful for their honest staff!

Outside isn’t much to look at, but inside the hotel is amazing. Up to date and clean. They also made it very easy for me to travel with my pet.

Breakfast selection, cleanliness of entire facility, and value unsurpassed.
