The room was large and the beds were comfortable (the pull-out sofa not so much). It was nice having a fridge, and although there was no microwave in the room, there was one on the floor. The breakfast was excellent!! Maybe the best I have had at the level of hotels I have stayed in in the US. We were able to use the shuttle with all of our luggage without a problem. We took the train into the city one day. Not such a long walk to the station from the hotel (about 15 minutes) and then just about 45-50 minutes into downtown DC with no transfers for $6 per person.

The pull-out sofa bed is not that comfortable, but I don't know that anyone would expect it to be. The elevators are slow and could be a little bigger for people with luggage, and it would be nice if they showed what floor they are on when you are waiting. There are no stores in the vicinity of this hotel (i.e., walking distance), but if you have a car or don't mind ubering, there is a grocery store about 5 minutes away and other stores/restaurants.

The beds and bedding are amazing and very comfortable, the shuttle service from the airport is efficient, and the check in was very easy, the front desk reception gave us a room with 2 queen beds with no problem instead of one large king bed.

The restaurant and the buffet are simply too expensive --$23 per person for breakfast before tips and tax is just too expensive honestly. If it had been even $20 I would have accepted but it's just exaggerated. As it is we each got a muffin and a fruit yogurt bowl at the bar and for that plus one coffee the total was $30 so i would say the price inflation for food should be revised to offer more reasonable options.

The hotel has obviously been here a while but has undergone a very effective refurbishment recently. The room was exceptionally clean and airy. The location was very convenient from Dulles airport (I arrived on a late flight from the UK and needed an intermediate stop off knowing once I had collected the hire car it would be too late to get properly on my way). Breakfast the next morning was very good and served from 06.00 which also helps. Staff were friendly and efficient. a good find as far as I am concerned.

The room was wonderful, with separate sitting and sleeping areas. I also value having a real restaurant in the hotel. So many hotels don't anymore. The meal I ordered was delicious and I noted that the menu was sufficiently varied that it would satisfy many different tastes. I also value the shuttle to the airport, which was included as part of my order and not an extra charge. It was also early enough in the morning to meet my needs for my flight and it also came on time.

I have no complaints. I thought the hotel was great.

Airport shuttle is convenient. First hotel trip for my pup and it was very pet friendly - to a pit mix no less. Friendly staff, chill vibe but feels upscale. VERY well organized. There were weddings at the time of my stay, and I LOVED seeing them celebrate.

First floor room wasn't quite as clean as my last room on an upper floor; table was dirty. Parents not watching kids at the pool/gym. No bags at the pet poo station, please refill. :)

Right off the bat, the night shift front shift clerk was super helpful, very clear and kind in her response to a very weary traveler who at 11 pm needed some help. A shuttle bus came quickly to the airport. Checking in was a breeze. The rooms were beautiful, the beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows. Loved everything about my stay!!

If I would have stayed more than just a day, a small fridge would have been nice.

Staff was super friendly and helpful on all fronts--got us from the airport immediately upon arrival, and an early check in. Going the extra mile with super service at every point. Room was clean, and functional. Good value and close to the airport. Shuttle was convenient and driver was great.

Loud slamming doors you can hear in your room every time someone leaves and doesn't carefully close the door behind them. Not a show stopper, but could be improved.

The daily parking fees are inaccurate on the website and wasn’t notified until checking in. And more importantly, we booked here to take advantage of the pay to park while traveling just to find out it was sold out after we checked in. We would have stayed elsewhere because of this. You should make sure your customers receive exactly what you offer on your website.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle from/to Dulles runs every 1/2 an hour. Reserve your spot in it for returning to the airport! I got room service, which was fast and delicious. The pool is a good size for swimming laps! Otherwise, the place is vety beige and could use a refresh...but everything was very clean.

Bathroom sliding door was strange.

The hotel is close to Dulles Airport. I parked in their garage for 2 weeks at a reasonable rate. There's a shuttle service that runs regularly from Dulles to the Hyatt. The staff was very good - very nice, welcoming, very helpful. There's a fairly basic restaurant and take-away as well as snacks for sale and a bar.

The room was clean and orderly but there was an obvious dark stain on one pillow case that was off- putting. There was no light that I could find above the sink/vanity alcove which was sort of odd.
