Hyatt Regency London Stratford

Hotel was In an excellent location, bed was super comfy and hotel room was exceptionally clean. Bathroom was lovely really nice shower. Big tv and plenty of amenities like tea bags and such provided. Staff were pleasant and made sure to ask if we’d had a evening on return to the hotel and guided us to reception on arrival.

They make you pay £100 deposit on arrival which you get back but they didn’t make this clear when booking. Cannot open window in room meaning room is completely air conditioned for temperature which made our throats dry when waking up in the morning

couldn’t regulate air conditioner and bed seemed to have a synthetic mattress topper sheet which made the bed very warm

Did not have breakfast as too expensive when we don’t eat very much early in the morning.

There were no brochures in the room explaining what services were available.

The hotel's location was fantastic, moving around London was very easy. It's a short 3-5 min walk to Stratford Station where you can catch the Elizabeth Line to London Heathrow. It's also right inside Westfield Mall, which means you really have most things at close proximity. The Stratford Center is also a 5 minute walk away. There's also a free laundry room which came in really handy as I was away for 3 weeks. The concierge service was top notch, the gentlemen at the door were very helpful.

The Wifi / Reception in some parts of the hotel were a bit frustrating, especially because we stayed on higher floor, this is me nitpicking. Overall it's a solid 8.5/10

Ideal location, in the heart of Westfield super close the the shopping centre which came in super handy for us. Lots of food places around with plenty of choice for where to eat. The room was fabulous, extremely clean (I’m super fussy!). The bed was heavenly and super comfortable, made me fall in love with the pillows. I struggle to fall asleep away from home but I had absolutely no trouble falling asleep here. Laundry facilities were also clean, made use of them during our stay.

Even though the laundry room was handy, it may of been helpful for us to know we had to bring our own detergent as we finally got our hands on a washing machine but had to go back out again to grab some detergent. Other than that, 10/10 for the whole experience.

it was difficult to control the air conditioning as a result the room was often too warm.

The room was spacious and quiet and it had all the amenities needed for my short trip (especially a hairdryer and an iron). The staff were very nice and helpful and the food in the restaurant was good. The location is also very good. It is within the Westfiled mall and very close to Strafford Tube and train stations, so you are in central London in 20 minutes or so.

Maybe the cleaning of the bathroom. It was squeaky clean but the materials used in the sink are porous and there were some liquid thrown that had permeated and it looked like stains.

My room was very clean and we had a good sleep every night. Love the comfy mattress and duvet. Room cleaning was excellent. They provide various types of toiletries as listed in the room, more than other hotels. The shower was strong and drained well. The location is perfect as situated in the middle of Westfield Stratford Mall. Step out of hotel and you can spend a whole day at the mall. The underground and bus station is just steps away. Reception staff were very helpful when we needed a little late checkout. Would certainly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We loved the location right by Westfield shopping centre. Approach, lifts, reception and corridors were very clean, modern and of a high standard. The room was a great size, and superb facilities like iron, hairdryer, fridge. Breakfast was very good, superb selection and high quality. Concierge were excellent!

View from the window was poor (Deluxe kingsize with sofabed room 444). Only decaf tea available. Sofabed mattress was rather hard. No room information to hand to explain heating controls, TV, wi-fi etc. Cooked breakfast wasn't warm enough.
