The hotel decor is very modern and artistic, in line with all NYX hotels (e.g. Prague). The location is very good, within walking distance of 10-15 min. to many attractions such as Piccadilly, Oxford St., Trafalgatr, Soho, West end, Covent Garden, etc., very close to Holborn Metro and dozens of busses. Many restaurants, shops, and coffee shops all around the hotel, so you don't even have to walk more than 5 minutes... The room we took was reasonably large as we took the bigger option. The bed was comfortable, and a nice touch there were 2 free water bottles daily, plus tea, coffee, and Nespresso. Breakfast was very good with English breakfast as well as vegetable salad, Salmon, made-to-order omelets, etc. The staff was very polite and helpful. 3 points to complain about: a. very low water pressure on the top floor at least, almost to a drizzle... b. There were NO HANGERS AT ALL for used towels - which actually forced us to throw them on the floor in the smallish bathroom, and it was a MAJOR INCONVENIENCE not to mention impossible to keep them for the following days for environmental consideration. What were you thinking?? Just go out and buy some hangers and fix them to the inside of the doors. c. In the public bathrooms (floor 1 next to the breakfast place) - no toilet paper holders ??!! You have to turn around and find some behind your back! Why torture your guests? This seems in line with point b..... So, in summary - please fix those really annoying small points and you will be perfect.

Put those hangers in the bathrooms and in the toilettes!!

We had a lovely room - 511, great views and beautifully decorated. nice touches like complementary water, tea and coffee. Toiletries were nice but missing conditioner, which is a must if you have longer hair! beds were amazing and so comfortable and the room size was brilliant. super easy to get to and a lovely Sat night vibe in the bar, before going out.

No hair conditioner anywhere. For the price we paid, I’d have expected some of the minibar products to be complementary. When using the pool, there were a group of boys in there playing loud music on their speakers. It didn’t bother us too much but just didn’t contribute to the relaxation we had anticipated. Pool staff asked them to turn it down, so they did try.

• Everything was amazing. • From the rooms, to the staff. The manager Stellio really made our stay 10/10, he really did make the hotel for us- we’ll definitely be coming back! -This hotel was one of the most amazing we’ve been to throughout the whole Leonardo resorts- they really made our anniversary so enjoyable. • The swimming facilities were amazing, the pool was an enjoyable temperature- and the sauna and steam room were amazing • we got given a complimentary drink at the roof top bar as well as a complimentary hot drink and muffin each for me and my partner • we got an upgrade on our last night too a suite room with the most unreal air con!!

The only downside the buffet wasn’t the most enjoyable but the rest of the hotel made up for it :)

Don't normally write reviews but I feel it was needed after our stay here, I can't speak highly enough of this hotel, perfect location, rooms were very clean modern and spacious for a room in London. Want to give a special mention to a member of your staff ( I think her name was Brenda) we arrived early before check in to see if we could leave our bags anywhere as we knew check in wasn't to 3pm but didn't want to be dragging suitcases around, not only did she arrange an early check in for us there and then as our room was already early but as soon as she realized it was my was my wife and mines wedding anniversary she upgraded us free of charge and arranged a small welcome package for us with desserts to our room and cocktail tokens at the bar, all the staff were more than friendly and welcoming but definitely had to give that particular member of staff a mention all those little touches didn't go unmissed and were greatly appreciated.

That we didn't stay longer

The staff members were great, all of them! Leah, Elizabeth, Simone, Ahmed, Alex, were fabulous to name a few. But everyone working there were fantastic. They did all possible to accommodate my every need. Thank you to all for your warmth and kindness! The location was perfect, you can walk everywhere in the center of the city. They offered free water bottles, a really nice touch and I appreciated it. The rooms were very clean.

The food at the restaurant downstairs was fried, heavy, unappetizing. There were many choices of restaurants around the area but sometimes I came in late and tired and wished for a salad, sandwich or a simple soup. A menu change will make it perfect. The bathrooms are too small and you have to squeeze by the door to get in but the room was quite large. My first room was on the 9th floor, close to the rooftop bar and during weekends it gets noisy, however, the staff changed me to a quieter room and actually moved my belongings, with my permission, to insure I had a quieter room because the hotel was very full. Again, it is the people that make one's stay wonderful, thank you to all.

I highly recommend NYX hotel Holborn, the hotel was exactly what I wanted a modern touch in the heart of London. The room was spacious and clean, the furniture were new and comfortable. All the staff were great and lovely specially Mr. Ahmad who went above and beyond. The check in was quick and clear, in addition they gave us complementary drinks in the lobby. the location was terrific too, it wasn't noisy but was still quite close to the centre of London, the underground was 3 minutes away walking. All in all our stay was lovely and I would definitely come back the next time am in London.

The hotel is beautiful. Great location. Wonderful beds and the Nespresso machine in the room was a welcome treat. It is super clean and the toiletries are by The White Company which are always amazing!

The lighting in the room was incredibly dark. There was no vanity/chair available by a mirror for blowdrying/styling hair. The bed was also incredibly close to the wall on one side - so much so that there was no space for a bedside table and no power/outlet for device charging. If you’re paying almost £800 for three nights, a place for a glass of water and to charge your phone at night would be nice!

If you're looking for a beautiful and Instagram-worthy destination, NYX Hotel in London won't disappoint. The comfortable beds provided restful nights, but unfortunately, the rooms didn't quite meet our expectations. The bathroom was especially disappointing with incredibly small dimensions that made us question the safety measures in place. Despite these setbacks, the lovely pool and prime location were definite highlights. However, we must note that the small rooms and poor breakfast options may affect some guests' experience. If style and location are your top priorities, NYX Hotel is worth considering.

I loved the artsy decor, indoor pool/sauna and rooftop bar. The hotel was decorated so nicely. I loved the artwork in the lobby and in the halls. My room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was acomodating. I checked in a day late and the hotel was booked to capacity but they magically found a room for me. I was so grateful. The pool and the sauna was my favorite thing about the hotel. So if you get a chance please visit the pool. The rooftop bad has amazing views of the city.

The pool area wasn't the cleanest. There were lots of towels lying around . The bar attendant upstairs was also very slow even though it was not crowded he had his head on the bar when I came upstairs.
