The reception staff esp. Ms Divina was so helpful and accommodating during check in. The room is so clean & quiet, the beddings were all smell fresh and purely white soft cotton fabrics, the dinner ware were all made of porcelain and stainless steel, the microwave oven & induction cooker were easy to use. The toilet and shower were good. The Hotel provide complete toiletries and everyday they provide morethan three bottles of water with coffee, sugar, creamer and tea. The Hotel collected the garbage everday ,cleaned the room and arranged bed. The security personnel are always visible, guarding the entry point and verifying the visitors. They were all professionals doing survielance including the B1 /B2 parking.The room service is fast.

The bedet is hard press due to high water pressure.

The presence of cooking stuffs and washing machine. And the staffs are accommodating.

First, The Toilet has no bath tub, I was expecting the room has it but unfortunately it doesn’t. Maybe suite rooms have it for sure. Second, the TV has limited viewing channels and mostly are arabic channels, can’t even find an english movie channel. It will be okay if the TV has youtube access or better yet add some english movie channels. Third, the blackout curtain is not well fixed. Lights are still coming in the room early morning when I still want to sleep. Fourth, there is a weighing scale but its not working, battery is dead maybe. Fifth, had to wait quite some time to check out because of long queue, there is only 2 counters in the reception area.

I like the room. It is clean and complete with all the things you need. I was surprised to see most of the utensils needed for cooking. I also like the staff. Wafa, the receptionist, has been very helpful. It was a holiday when we got there and there was a lot of people, she gave us the what we need. There's also another staff, I think Nawal (housekeeping guy) is his name, he was very helpful. he did not hesitate to respond to our needs when we asked him. plus he is happily doing it.

i think the pool. we stayed there for 3 days and I didnt see any maintenance. i was expecting that perhaps they would clean the pool after 7pm.

Complete kitchen utensils and nice interior. I love the dining and living area. Staff Devina the filipino was the only approachable staff that time. The staff in the pool area is so nice to us too.

The customer service. I called the property before check-in but it seems they are always in a hurry when Im asking a question. During check in Im expecting that some staff will help me for my baggage but no one did even they are seeing me carrying a lot of baggage. I even asked the receptionist to tell someone that i needed assistance but she didnt mind me. In booking.com I saw in the booking that I'll have a sofa bed in our room but no sofa bed inside our room.

Gorgeous facility, wonderful staff, the room was ready and clean when I checked in. They were able to accommodate some of my small requests for a few extra bottles of water without any problems. I only wish I’d been able to stay longer.

On the booking.com website, it says that the hotel offers a free airport shuttle. This is not true. However, without very much trouble, I was able to book an Uber to the hotel from the airport, and this was very convenient and inexpensive. I informed the staff when I checked in that the “free shuttle” information needs to be changed on the booking.com website. They said that they would look into it. That was July 9, 2023 - so hopefully it’s been updated since then.

Fantastic new hotel with helpful staff and very big family size rooms in a quite part of town but within easy walk to the metro stations. the room was amazing with great facilities and felt like a home away from home. The kids loved the pool and there was always a life guard on watch to add to the comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The staff (notably Patrick and Namal) were very helpful, the rooms were spacious and peaceful with no noise from other rooms. The hotel is very close to the centre, only a short uber drive away from all the main attractions, the essential facilities were all there including the pool and gym which was very nice.

The floors were a bit dirty when we arrived. But once the staff came round to give the room a clean, it was an extremely pleasant place to stay.

We came from a roadtrip around 4 hours and a half, we had already paid for the first night but we had waited more than 40 minutes just to receive our room ! That was so disappointing!! I had booked 4 rooms and once i came to check in after a long time of waiting, they informed me that we don’t have 4 rooms in 1 floor Seriously!! I had already booked ! How come the management didn’t manage for this !
