The staff are fantastic, very helpful and friendly, also the hotel is very clean, the housekeeping staff did a very good job cleaning the room and they are very meticulous. Thanks to everyone, the receptionists (especially humphrey), the housekeeping, security, engineering. much love and respect

New Hotel, good location, nice rooms, good breakfast, very well organized friendly and professional staff. Car parking is easy both indoor and outdoor. Special thanks to Rania from the front office, she welcomes and helps everyone with a great hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and recommend everyone.

I loved the breakfast and the bar where you can watch the live matches that was a plus. The pool is very nice and gym well equipped

I didn't like that in the rooms they are no charging ports to put your cables you might consider adding this to the rooms. The rooms did not have face towels and slippers I feel this is something that needs to be placed prior to guest arrival. Also toothbrush and paste they are things you might consider to just place in the rooms. The showers are okay but water was coming out so this was uncomfortable.

We had a great time on our stay at Ibis Doha, the facilities were just basic but what made it a little extra special were the staff we encountered before, during and after our stay. First was Bilal from reception area, he was so supportive and attentive to my requests. He even extended holding our booking due to our late night arrival and despite that, he was very practical and helpful in that regard. Second was Joshua from Concierge, he basically made a great first impression upon our arrival. He was like treating you a friend and very welcoming. Joshua even walked us to the right lift and explained the difference between those separate building lifts for short term and long term stays. Third was Kiran from checking in area, she was professional and gentle to us. She handled the checking in process very seamlessly. And last one was Khamdani at checking out counter, he was friendly and professional as well. Also they gave us 3 more complimentary bottled water upon request (we had 2 already at room). Overall, the stay was great. Just some simple comments on the room though, there’s no tissue box only roll- on tissues at bathroom. There’s no complimentary brush and toothpaste (we didn’t ask nor request though). The shampoo dispenser was dismantled from the wall cause it was just double- adhesive taped on the wall. The smoke detector kept on flickering some light every 2-3 seconds so it was a bit annoying at night. The soundproof especially from corridor was underwhelming, could totally hear someone walking/chatting from outside.

I want to thank the amazing stuff of this hotel who all are really professional, especially receptionist Humphrey who is always kind and helpful. Also many thanks to room cleaning stuff and Mohammad Hanir , he is really professional and good. But the main reason why I wrote this feedback - it is because of manager Miss Divina❤️ waw , this lady is really in her place and super manager. She remembers me from the first time, always comes to answer any questions and help with any my requests and very client oriented. Thank you Ms Divina for being so much professional and wish you all the best in your career

The rooms were cozy, well lit. Staffs were friendly. You can easily get an uber from that location.

Would be better if there were toiletries

This is our 3rd time to stay in Ibis Hotel, and we are so happy and satisfied.located in the city and very accesivle in everything. Our room is clean, neat, comfortable and cozy, staff are approachable, they are very helpful and all needs attended. I would like to give 5 stars to mr. Kumar from Sri lanka, the pool attendant, he is very kind and he made sure that we are safe and attend our needs. Over all we are satisfied and we are definitely come again. Superb .thanks

The thing is, we cannot see any view from our room because we are facing the other side of the building, but its ok, it is just a minor thing..

First thing the place was very very very good and clean Mr. Lasantha he is very professional and he help all the guests with wonderful smiling, he know very well how to pull out the stress from people, i hope will see him in higher position because he deserve it Miss. Rutuja , she is very nice lady in the way how she is dealing with people and she is fast in her work . Mr. Mohammed musa , He is allso wonderful person, dealing in professional way with guest

The property was clean The response for the reception and customer service very fast The food was perfect. The car garage very good

I commend Mr. Humprey's (from Kenya) genuine assistance and commend him fo supporting me all through out my stay. He is very nice and kind. He makes sure to help me with my needs and makes sure I am comfortable during my stay. He quickly comes to my room if i requested the wheelchair to go down and he even assisted me to go in the restaurant for my breakfast for 2 days. There is one outstanding staff (i think he is a Nepali, i just forgot to ask his name) also from housekeeping who continously checks whatever i need and make sure I have everything i requested because they know the case of my foot.

The breakfast menu doesn't change. It should be a rotational menu at least especially for those customers who are staying for few days. For the toiletries, there is not much amenities given and it was not available at the time of checking in, and the dental gel doesn't taste good.

Well, first and foremost this was our 2nd visit this year. It indeed was an awesome stay. The room cleaning facilities Mohammed Hanif under the supervision of Ankush did a splendid job. Always on his toes ready on and when the need arose. the rooms were spic and span on their rounds of cleaning. Indeed they have to be complemented for their strenuous work they put in. Rohit, Pramod and Pramila paid an active part at the morning buffet section. Always had a smiling face to adhere to our needs and demands in providing us the omelet we ordered or placed for inspite of the delay on the last day as we were on a visit and late. the courtesy extended by Rohit made a change and had our ordered delivered inspite of the delay caused. Lastly, Lankan the safety guard at the swimming pool always cheerfully attending to the needs. Happy and ready to serve was the most amiable description of his short and steady stay at the pool. A professional, well behaved and well mannered. disciplined. Our stay at the IBIS was awesome and value for money.
