I loved the fact that the Hotel was getting in touch with me till my arrival and I was welcomed well. I was also upgraded to a room with a view and when asked if there was any extra services they could provide I told them I needed a microwave and it was given to me. Also a friend had to sysy past the stipulated visitor's time and when I told them, they didn't make a fuss out of it. Cleaning was done everyday and the staff were extra nice to me. Overall I would give it an 8 over 10 and recommend it to anyone having a stay over at Doha. Lest I forget the great Internet service and smart TV at my disposal

I didn't like that they weren't accepting lower denomination bills apart from 100 dollars although they gave a reason as to how it's not their fault. I do think meals should be included in the hotel packages and be added to be aforementioned bills. Maybe breakfast shouldn't be an option but instead compulsorily added. I hope the next time I visit, the swimming pool and second elevator works as I was told a part of the hotel is under reservation. Great receptionist and wonderful manager nevertheless. Lastly the mini fridge in the rooms does not get cold or chilled and need to be looked in to.

I like the size of the bed and neatness of the rooms

I did not like the laudary part because they are very expensive and outsource from outside . They were supoose to provide bed and breakfast in the packages but they don't have They were suppose to sell luch and dinner despite having big dining space they force client to travel outside for food

Very clean hotel. Provide water bottles every day. Clean the room daily. Very Friendly staff. Nice views from the roof. Park & shops nearby.

The fact that they don't provide breakfast on the premises & need to order it from elsewhere. It would further improve the hotel if they offered breakfast on the premises freshly made like most other hotels. If I knew initially that the breakfast they provide is ordered from somewhere else & not made freshly on the premises then I probably would not have chosen this hotel. I will check this next time I book a hotel in the future.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which I selected based on positive reviews. Despite the availability of more budget-friendly options nearer to the airport, I can confidently say that I was not let down. The hotel surpassed my expectations in every aspect. All the amenities and services were precisely as described, and what made my stay even more pleasant was the fact that I didn't need to make any requests at the front desk throughout my stay. The rooms were impeccably cleaned daily, and the provided amenities were top-notch. I particularly appreciated the clever door hanger with the "clean my room" sign, which was a simple yet effective idea. If I have the opportunity to visit Qatar again, I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel once more.

This is a great budget option in Doha. Our room was large and clean with a very comfortable bed. It is within walking distance of a few restaurants. I was able to easily call an Uber from the hotel to the airport - if you have data when you arrive at the airport, I'd recommend calling an Uber from there as well because it's half the price of a regular taxi (24QAR vs 50QAR). The hotel was responsive to my questions and gave me advice on where to get a taxi when I exited the airport. The 24-hour front desk is useful if you are checking in late. All the staff I met were friendly and personable. The hotel is really well located in relation to the airport so especially good if you are just staying in Doha on transit - it took us only about 20 minutes to reach the airport by Uber.

The shower only got lukewarm and was not very hot. The hotel does not currently offer breakfast which means you have to go out and find somewhere to eat in the morning. This wasn't a problem for us as we walked and found a Sri Lankan restaurant nearby, but if you are in a rush it would be convenient to have a breakfast option in the hotel. However, you can easily take a taxi to any restaurants around as the hotel is located in the city centre and there are many restaurants and malls nearby if you don't want to walk (it was very hot outside when we visited).

We stayed at Palm Inn for two nights with my family. We had the standard triple studio room. There was a lounge area, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The place was very spacious and clean. We indicated that there were three of us in the booking so they added an extra bed. The location was perfect. It was very peaceful and quiet so we had a very good night's sleep during our stay.

It can get very cold in the bedroom because the AC is on the wall above facing the bed, where the direction of air can blow directly to you. Other than that, we recommend the place!

The staff are all nice and very professional. The response time is swift whenever we request something from housekeeping or front desk. Highly recommended Hotel. We will stay here again.

I am guessing that the rooms are sharing one pipe that flushes used water out the main spout because you can hear water slushing from the pit trap just below the sink even if you are nor using the sink, the shower or the toilet. But this is just a minor thing. The Hotel is quite old but the renovation they did is evidently good.

I recently stayed at Palm inn and was impressed by the room's spaciousness. The layout was well-designed, offering ample room to move around comfortably. The modern décor and neutral tones created a serene ambiance. Large windows provided stunning views and plenty of natural light, enhancing the sense of openness. The bathroom was luxurious and well-equipped. Overall, Highly recommended.

How cold it was and couldn't turn off the ac's

The location was great, near to the park and to a supermarket (approx 5 min walking distance) Big bathroom with 2 sinks Big bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed Very good value for the money paid Kind and helpful staff

the furniture is a bit outdated the windows were in a bad shape (with them closed and locked you could still hear the noise from outside very loudly) the small bed in the living room was very uncomfortable and it had a few loose springs the wi-fi signal was quite bad (could not make video calls and even voice calls proved to be a challenge)

We had a great view of the city and the roof top expanded this view. The property is close to most everything. It is not close to the beach or water, which for us was not a problem. The room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Sometimes we like staying close to the beach. This property is not for that. But it was a super nice room.
