Breakfast was excellent. However, our room was little away from location, so we had to walk to reach to restaurant.

Hotel lifts were only operative with card key. It got us stuck many times inside the lifts. I think lifts should be operated without card key.

We are a group of 10 ladies booked 2 apts (3 rooms & 2 rooms apartments) .Stayed for 4 nights Everything from the check in procedure , room cleanliness , front office, concierge and the F&B staffs are super nice, helpful, accommodating and fuss free. It was a perfect stay . Three of our friends fell sick . so unable to go down for breakfast. The F&B brought breakfast to our apartments for our sick friends . moreover usual checkout timing is 12 noon but allowed us for late check out due to our flight timing . We hv to pay refundable deposit 500 Qtr Riyal cash as security. upon check out , it will be refunded without any issue . You can also book the excursion for sand dune bashing with the hotel upon check in and city tour . in case of emergency currency change can be done at the reception . of course rates outside at the sook is slightly better . There was a close by groceries store but we didn’t walk down because of the heat. The apt were equipped with proper kitchen appliances. so minor cooking can be done . washing machine & oven is installed as well . however detergent & dishwashing soap are not provided. I travel very often but far most this is the best Hotel apartment thus far . I am very grateful . Please go an experience your selves .

The hotel location is fine, staffs are excellent and willing to offer assistance as may be required. I want to really appreciate one of the hotel staff, Harriet (a Ghanaian woman) at the reception for her wonderful hospitality. She's always smiling, dedicated to her duty and always willing to render any assistance required from her. She made our stay in the hotel enjoyable and memorable. Thanks to all the hotel staffs. The room is excellent, WiFi working superb, housekeeper wonderful people, hotel environment very neat and fantastic. I really recommend this hotel.

More cooking utensils expecially pots should be provided. Hotel should also provide blender.

The view from the restaurant overlooking the pool is just so amazing,Leah from reception who helped me with the online check-in is just out of this world,such a rare gem in this world,she took me through the process to ensure that I got the best rate of the day,the patience and honesty in her touched me in a special way ..stay blessed..Azum from housekeeping who cleaned my room hope i got his name right,thank you for ensuring the room was clean and sparkling..Thank you so much

The bathroom is a bit too squeezed but its not that of an issue.

Clean. Good location. Good breakfast. Ms. Leah at reception in the morning was very helpful in changing the room as per our request.

We booked a two bedroom apartment for 3 nights with 2 bathrooms and shower. Room 815 given to us had two very very small washrooms with one shower only. However, next morning it was changed to a better room on our request. Room 815 for sure was no where near as advertised on booking.com.

The room is spacious and the bathroom has a special electric toilet seat and a hose. The shower pressure is high. The view of the Bedaa park was nice. The concierge staff were very nice especially Bendo. He went out of the way to make reservation for us in a restaurant and was extremely helpful. The valet parking staff were very nice and helpful. I like the glass elevator , bed and pillows too.

The checkout was lengthy

Everything was nice, starting from the doorman all the way to the housekeeping. Everyone was trying to help as best as they could and was professional at their work even though i saw some visitors is giving them a hard time, yet they kept smiling and tried to help as much as they could

My room was a bit close to the elevator, so i could hear people talking outside my door a bit loud, and my wind was at the main entrance so i could hear the cars other than that every thing was perfect.

It is our 1st time here to have a party but we are really happy and amazed at the staff and venue we are so happy that we decided to celebrate the 1st birthday of our daughter we are so thankful to them for making us happy and enjoy that day. And for the single room i recommend also for the couple and families It is so nice to stay and so comfortable We are sure that we will always come back here 😀😀😀😀😃😃😃😃😃😃😀😁😁😁😁😁

It is a self contained apartment but there are not dishwashing facilities or sponges to do dishes. We were told we would have to purchase these items to clean the dishes

The service was excellent at the hotel and the 2br suite was very spacious and comfortable especially the beds.

The room was quite cold and there is no heating function with the AC. The WIFI is extremely slow at 3Mbps and you can pay for an upgrade to 10Mbps which is the fastest they have.
