The room is very clean and comfortable.

We lived in 1201-01 during 16-20 April. Our neighbor 1201-02 made loud noises every night from 11 pm to 1 am. Their children run and scream in the hallway, and there were frequent loud door slamming noises. We get woken up every night. I reported this issue to the reception desk, but it hasn't been resolved.

Location was really convenient. I liked that it was just 15 mins to 20 mins walk from Novena, Boon Keng and Farrer Park MRT stations. Staff was lovely, room was beautiful and comfortable. Also enjoyed that there was a mart just at the first floor for late night snacks/small meals. The pool was great.

Felt like the kitchenette could have been slightly better equipped, but it was still alright for really simple meals.

The apartment gives enough space for two people. Staffs are friendly, sincere, helpful and respond promptly. The rooms are all in higher flours (because the reception is at the 6th floor, and rooms are from above), so we can get a piece of quiet during the stay in the room. Much appreciate that the cutlery are quite clean and practical and beds are comfortable. The nearby surrounding is vivid. Whampoa Food centre is only in 5 mins walk, Shaw Plaza is in 7 minutes walk, and there are also many options of small bistros on Balestier Rd., where you can tastes many local cuisines. Little India is reachable by on foot in about 30 mins if you don't mind walking. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel, and the frequency of the buses makes travellers convenience, however, it make still take you up to 40 minutes to go to the centre.

The room is overall clean, but it is still recognizable that some dusts at some areas when we entered. The shower is not very strong, but not too too weak, still tolerable. The hairdryer cannot function properly because it doesn't blow up hot air even if we set it up to hot air, and this caused that my colleague has long abundant hairs, and she found difficult to complete dry the hair, whereas I found difficult to settle my hairs the way I wanted. Please remind the visitors to turn on the witch for heating up shower water (we weren't not being informed, so I had a cold shower at the first day). Room cleaning service is 3 times a week only, pity it is not everyday.

Just checked-out of this place earlier today. Stayed for a 9 nights at Premier Bedroom room as a couple. Check-in was smooth. Room was spacious enough for a longer stay, never had a feeling of a small apartament. Location is perfect. You can reach everything of interest within 30 minutes or less using Singapores public transport. Theres is little 24/7 shop working at lobby level for a quick snack or drink. Pool and lounge area is great. Everything felt and looked clean through out the stay. Overall very happy with my desicion to book a stay here and totally recommend it.

Everything was fine

1. Spacious studio with a kitchen, sitting area and a working desk. Bright on the high floors. Room is cleaned. 2. Vibrant Balestier and Whampo area with a lot of eateries that open till midnight. 3. Swimming pool and BBQ area are well maintained. 4. Laundry is available in hotel or in the neighbourhood. 5. U-mart convenient store below is well stock with all the snacks and drinks you need. 6. Reception crew is very friendly and welcoming. 7. ASR members may have early check-in and high speed wifi.

1. Housekeeping are done only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Details on housekeeping (like replugging the light and returning bedside tables back to the right location after vacccuming) can be further improved. 2. Housekeeping does not refresh coffee and tea or toilet supplies on housekeeping days; requests have to be made at reception. 3. 25 minutes walk from Novena MRT; or 15 minutes from Novena MRT by bus

One-bedroom Premier & Studio Room Premier. 12 days & 11 nights. Level 12. Rooms are connected with a main door. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Air conditioning is by unit not centralised which is good. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Toilet amenities are awesome. The kitchen appliances and dinner wares are sufficient and clean. The room comes with a good view of central Singapore. The check in and check out is fast. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Kudos to Ms Dina who assists with our late check out. Citadines Balestier keep in touch with their guests thru WhatsApp messages during the stay. They check on our well being throughout the stay. That's very impressive. The swimming pool is clean. There are Barbeque pits as well. There's a lot of local food around the area.. Public transport is very convenient. 5 stars stay!

Unfortunately the car parking rates are on the higher side. Citadines Balestier should consider offering minimal parking rates for their guests.

There is no breakfast at Citadines Balestier except a bus stop away. Be prepared to make your own breakfast which is cheaper and cleaner option. Buy bread, butter and jam from Shaw Plaza which is one bus stop away or walk if you are fit and prepare your own meal. Singapore is very expensive to stay and meals are very expensive, not tasty, too salty and very small portion.

The old buildings around Citadines Balestier are not user friendly as pedestrian pathways are too narrow and have too many steps. It is also very dirty and slippery when wet.

location was not very close to any shopping mall or mrt station (at least ten mins walk is needed)

For the clean freak person, this place is very clean and spacious, everything is nice and tidy. The staff so kind and helpful they even help me to keep my luggages for a while. The facility there so comprehensive and adequate, there is minimart down the apartment, and atm machine across the street and right in front of the building theres a bus stop. But unfortunately for you who like to travel using MRT, theres no near station. But so far everything is perfect, i like to come back here next time
