Cheap compare to others and has all the essentials. Location is near a lot of food outlets. Consider quite central in Singapore.

Far from MRT station and not so near malls or attractions.

The staff were extremely polite, helpful and professional in dealing with us. The room was enough to accommodate us and also the bed was very comfortable to sleep. As for the location, it was easy for us to use the bus to get to locations like Toa Payoh, Serangoon Road, China Town and Orchard Road. Furthermore, the hawker centre was also close by for us to sample the local delights. I would be happy to recommend the hotel to friends and families if they were to look for accommodation when they are going to Singapore.

Shower head was not able to withstand water pressure and kept coming off. But this is nothing major though.

Reasonable location. Like most of Singapore, easily accessible by buses. Restaurants nearby, and convenience stores too. Very helpful staff.

Bed frames getting on their age - getting a bit rickety and feels a little bit unsafe. Should reframe the beds. Have window which is quite good for Singapore hotels I guess. A bit small but par for course in Singapore.

There are varieties of food and it open until 8 p.m. Other recommended restaurants are ABC Maju Restaurant, a 24/7 Indian food restaurant; Loy Kee Chicken Rice, 333 Bak Kut Teh, Founder Bak Kut Teh, Da Lian Tradition Noodle, Boon Tong Kee Chicken Rice and many more. 🚌It is highly convenient to travel by bus. For example: Take bus no. 145 to Buddha Tooth Relic You can check 'Citymapper' application for the best route. For me Citymapper suggests the better way than Google Map.

My father didn't like the bed. For him, it's too soft. He is a 70-year-old man who is used to sleeping on a hard bed.

The room I stayed in big enough and comfort, Only the pillow to me is a bit low for me, I requested from the front desk, he immediately get me additional pillow, very good service,

The cleaner need to check the room cleaning and should be done on line. I hang the service card around 11 am,.When I returned to hotel at 17:30 pm, the room not yet done,I called the front desk, they apologise and they arrange to prioritise the cleaning for my room, very good support from the front deak

staffs are good especially the staff who let us to check in earlier than we supposed to hehe and he upgraded our room!! Thank you! and this hotel is very in good location I suppose. convenience store and 7-11 are just next to us and there’s a front money changer in the front street in case u need to change ur money and the Terminal of bus is just 1 min walk 😍😍😍

Nothing at all

The room was comfortable ,very cool aircon and nice area near my house … only I was disappointed-just that i complaint on there was insect ( 3 cockroaches) found at the side table , room phone and worst is crawling in my pullover shirt . I was disappointed but I thank the staff for letting me move to another room . Hope next time the housekeeping team will focus on their Pesticide schedules as this affect the stay of guest. Hope also they provide a bedroom Slippers also and disposable spoon and fork and teaspoon. I already ask the receptionist to report on the cockroaches I found .. hope they will check all the housekeeping issues especially routine pesticides of the hotel .

Do focus on pesticides schedule coz I found 3 cockroaches on my table , room phone and pullover shirt crawling. Very disappointed on that’s but the receptionist make me move to next door room in 4th floor . Hope they also provide disposable bedroom slippers, disposable spoon and fork and teaspoon . Please focus on pesticides routine of the hotel coz it’s very disappointed if u see insects crawling inside the room especially cockroaches or ants ..

location still okay nearby eateries and convenience store. quiet too (maybe cause I got the off road room). staffs were attentive and friendly.

No proper stop location for cab (have to stop at main road side. would be lil inconvenience if you’re bringing luggages). Tv only few basic channels. room is indeed smaller than i thought as commented by most travellers here. okay for solo lah. unless you have claustrophobic cause the toilet is really small.

The location is good, you can take 145,130 directly to the tourist attractions.

The bathroom is a bit small.

Very comfy bed, staff did a good job in cleaning the room, fast service, close to a convenient store and good location. Plus we got a free room upgrade
