You get what you pay for in terms of Singapore expense. Clean and quite. You can use the room just for sleep and toilet. Comfortable bed. Kettle available. Free wifi good. Bus stops are right in front. Receptionists very helpful, especially in giving directions. Small grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

No windows, fridge. Very small room and toilet. Very basic. I am not sure if all budget Singapore hotel rooms are like this. MRT far.

Despite being windowless, did not feel claustrophobic. Room is clean and smells clean too. Getting around is easy by bus (less than 2 min) to nearest MRT station. Plenty of nice food nearby although Whampoa Market and Food Centre closed for scheduled cleaning when I was there. Pleasant and helpful staff. Will definitely recommend to others.

Be great if bathroom tap can be a smaller one to be proportionate to sink. Water sprays out of the sink easily.

The staff were extremely kind to us (especially the Vietnamese girl!) and helped us with the couple of issues we asked about with a smile on their faces. All were very pleasant towards us. The room was very comfortable despite its small size. Amenities such as coffee and tea are provided free in the room. The room was cleaned very well. The location was quiet and we were never woken up or distracted by any loud noises from guests or from outside. I would be happy to stay here again.

As previously mentioned the room and bathroom were pretty small. However, space is at a premium in Singapore so it is understandable that the rooms are not large. The nearest subway stations are pretty far from the hotel in terms of walking distance. You might have to take a bus (which is 1 min away from the hotel) to get to the subway station, unless you wanna walk for 15-20 mins in the sun. But this was not a problem for us as we didn't mind taking the bus.

A few meters away from a hawker station. Located beside convenience stores. Has aa Ijoos vending machine and a few steps from two bus stations.

The rest room was so small.If you shower, the entire rest room is gonna get wet including the water closet

Lots of eateries & convenience stores around the hotel. A 5min walk to the MRT connects you to most destinations. The hotel is comfortable, quiet & clean.

Front desk shld inform guests that hot water is not automatic & needs to be switched on.

Good location just out of town as reasonable price. Easy to catch MRT. Air con good and helpful staff on check in and out.

There was a bundle of long black hair in the bathroom - could have been cleaner. Walls thin, heard a couple arguing at 3am. Luckily we needed to be up for an early morning flight!

It's a good place to stay for a short trip. Near the bus station and some local diners. Though they have to improve the cleaning of the rooms specifically the floor of the toilet cuz it has hair strands. Also the corner of the bed was dusty. Anyhow i still recommend this place for a budget trip.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful Staff. Special thanks to Ginny and Ash for being extremely helpful. The place could use better sound proofing but that's about the only thing.

Could improve soundproofing

Stayed here for a week and found it very comfortable. Liked the fact it didn't have a window because it was storming the week I stayed so helped me sleep better.

Bathroom was tiny but not the worse.

The room was clean and well-maintained. The price was also very reasonable in comparison to other options in the area.

Unfortunately, there were a couple of things that detracted from my experience. The noise from the hallways was quite noticeable, and the mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.
