water pressure 11/10 shower water heater 9/10 there was one time i turned it on but the water is not warm space 10/10 im a small asian person. for me it was cool. everything was placed efficiently. enough extra space for your stuffs, efficient table strategically positioned. staff 10/10 theyre accomodating and your request are attended very fast location 10/10 near bus station like really just outside the hotel and plenty of restau/ food centers/ theres mcdo and starbucks near and 7.11 store is just next door

The room had enough place to rest my suitcase flat which was good. The bed was comfortable though slightly small. The furnishings were tasteful and the hot water supply was great. The room was clean, bathroom really pretty and the staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. I needed a refill of toilet paper and they brought it up promptly. The cleaning lady was helpful as well. There was a 7-11 next door which is really good if you need emergency food or supplies. There was food in the shopping mall and a Mac Donalds near by. There is also a nice garden park about 10 mins down if you need to stretch your legs. As a bonus they have dilmah tea and the soap from the soap dispenser smelled pleasant.

The room was a little small, not much moving room.

The room we booked was what we expected: Clean, a comfortable bed, a tiny shower with a toilet in one stall. It wasn't anything special (and apparently that's what you get at this price point in Singapore) but it did the job perfectly and we slept comfortably. Room cleaning services were also good. The people at the reception were very nice. The location is good. You do have to walk about 10-15min to the next MRT but it wasn't a problem for us as we usually went out during the day and only came back for sleeping. There is also a bus stop right next to the hotel. Across the street there is a Hawker's market with some food stalls and about 2min from the hotel (to the left when walking out) there is a good breakfast place for kaya toast. Right next to the hotel is a tiny 7/11 in case you need some cold beverages.

Excellent staff, comfortable bed, water bottles and towels on request, value for money; cleaning on request even daily if required; good location - closer to bus stop though far off from MRT, lot of eateries around; many people complain about the small bathroom - it was ok the water dried up quickly and was not a major issue

The room was small which is understandable.. however, two main drawbacks - no wardrobe for keeping clothes especially since the room was small, it was quite inconvenient to keep the clothes; also no fridge was a little inconvenient though not a major issue

The staffs are friendly and superb. The young chinese boy who was on duty during day and the Indian young lady who was on duty at night were very helpful and having lots of patience. They gave me wake up call as promise, explain to me directions and help me to fix my grab apps problems. Really appreciated it 😃

The room is kind of small. Not enough space to put my luggage and there is no clothes hanger no wardrobe to hang my clothes

amazing welcoming staff! very friendly. When I came back after the SUGA DDAY concert I went to the two receptionists at the front desk asked me about it and they cheered on me and hyped me up! it was soo lovely. Clean hotel despite the room being a small one but at least i got my own restroom. +++ a 7/11 is literally next door. there’s also a small hawker center across the road so it’s just perfect!

A great stay. Front desk staff could not have been more accommodating. Room is compact, comfortable, very clean and well supplied with amenities. Location is good for buses and connections to MRT. Everything needed is close by. Very quiet for the entire stay. Would definitely return!

Everything met or exceeded expectations for budget accommodation.

Staff were friendly and courteous, Location is near bus stops, just next to 7-11 although the branch is small so there's no brewed coffee, near restaurants and hawker

Bathroom smelled damp and some corners and vents were not clean Room make up is just cleaning the floor, and changing the towels Hair dryer is not working at its highest setting

Our room had a window, which I am so thankful of. The rooms was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Airconditioner was working very well. Bus stations were just across. A lot of food options around the hotel. 7-11 next door. Staff, especially Benny, is very helpful and jolly.

Room was very small, really small that when you turn on the shower, the whole bathroom (sink and toilet) is wet. I can the next door people’s comversations, sneezing, TV.

Great budget option. Ask for a room with a window. Located next to very convenient bus lines (130, 145 etc) and across the road from one of the most traditional hawker centers in Singapore with super good and cheap food
